Fijne, ruime kamer met goede badkamer. Bedden comfortabel. Inrichting in orde. Verlichting is niet sfeervol. Alleen alles aan of uit. Een staande lamp naast de fauteuil zou helpen evenals gezelligere bedlampjes.

No me gusto que durante la limpieza dejaran la ventana abierta. Al llegar tarde la habitacion estaba excesivamente fria

Douchen in het bad vind ik minder.

Het onthaal. De receptionist is een vriendelijke mens die al jaren die job doet en zich daar ook goed in voelt.

De ontbijtmogelijkheden. Ik had vooraf via de berichtenapp laten weten dat ik vroeg moest vertrekken en dat ik derhalve niet zou kunnen ontbijten. Een ontbijtpakket was mogelijk. 's Ochtends mocht ik om 06:15 een koffie drinken, maar een ontbijtpakket was er helaas niet. De vriendelijke receptionist stond ook in voor het ontbijt en die man was zowel 's avonds als 's morgens aanwezig. Ik kreeg het niet over mijn hart om die man nog eens op te jagen over mijn ontbijt. Na mijn tas koffie heb ik afgerekend en ben doorgegaan.

Great family owned hotel with an excellent location at the main square of Edegem, comfy rooms and quite neighborhood. I would also like to mention great staff that called me day before I was leaving to check when I would like to have a breakfast because they remembered that I leave early and on that day they were serving breakfast later due to the holiday. Although I said it's not a problem to skip the breakfast they have insisted and made it at desired time.

Everything was as expected and more then that.

My stay in De Basiliek was great! We could do early check-in and parking for free, also they have an amazing breakfast. They are super friendly, and try to help you in everything you need.
