Não fiquei no apartamento. E já reclamei com a assistência do booking. O apartamento não condiz com o que escreve. O quarto não tem ar condicionado por exemplo. Mas o pior é a localização. Terrível, na pior rua de Palermo em termos de violência segundo pesquisamos após chegar. Tudo sujo caindo aos pedaços. Infelizmente não há nenhuma referência quanto a isso. Estava com meus filhos e não tive coragem de ficar. Para dar um só exemplo da peruculosidade ali: quando vi como era resolvi não ficar e ali mesmo busquei e comprei no Booking um hotel. Acontece que após fazer isso meu cartão foi clonado (no booking? ou alguém por ali que estava captando as informações? Acho isso mais provável pois nunca tivemos problemas no booking) e meu prejuízo que espero que não se concretize passa dos 1000 dólares. NÃO FIQUEM NESSE LOCAL... Espero poder recuperar meu prejuízo. Espero que o booking verifique o que aqui foi dito.

Localização terrível. Lugar violento e extremamente inseguro. Sem ar nos quartos o que no calor de Palermo seria insuportável. Digo seria porque não fiquei.

Εξαιρετικό διαμέρισμα στο κέντρο της πόλης! Δίπλα ακριβώς από τον κεντρικό σταθμό και τις βασικές οδούς για τα αξιοθέατα! Πολύ ευγενικό και εξυπηρετικό προσωπικό. Την τελευταία μέρα μας κράτησαν και τις βαλίτσες δωρεάν για 12 ώρες! Το συνιστώ ανεπιφύλακτα! Ήμασταν δύο οικογένειες από 7 άτομα και το διαμέρισμα διαθέτει τουαλέτα σε κάθε κρεβατοκάμαρα, μεγάλο ενιαίο χώρο και όλες τις ανέσεις! Μπράβο Ρομπέρτο και Έβελυν! Σας ευχαριστούμε πολύ για την φιλοξενία!

The accommodation is fully equipped with everything you may need during your stay and to make you feel comfortable, and the surroundings may be a bit noisy, but the accommodation is in a very quiet backyard. Lovely spot in the old town centre!! Thanks, Evelyn, for receiving us

The shower needs a fix, but nothing major

Le propriétaire est très chaleureux et prévenant. L'appartement est très bien situé, à proximité du centre-ville, le stationnement est facile et la plupart des monuments historiques sont accessibles à pied. Le marché de rue Mercato Ballaro se trouve à seulement 100 mètres. L‘appartement est spacieux et calme, joliment décoré, dispose de nombreuses livres et guides touristiques, le salon et la cuisine sont grands (petit-déjeuner inclus), les chambres sont spacieuses et toutes les chambres sont équipées de salles de bains indépendantes et de gel de douche fournie

Molt bonic i espaiós per dins. Situat en una zona de contrastos interessant. Dona a un pati interior i no se senten sorolls del carrer. Des de la finestra es veia una cúpula i era molt bonic.

Ens van comentar que la zona era perillosa a la nit, ens va costar trobar les claus

Non potevamo chiedere di meglio: la casa è in pieno centro, la proprietaria ci è venuta incontro sull'orario di check-in ed in modo rapido abbiamo visto la casa e ricevuto le chiavi. La casa era perfetta, pulita e spaziosa ad un prezzo fortemente vantaggioso (all'occorrenza inoltre la proprietaria ci ha lasciato tempo ulteriore al check-out del giorno dopo). In caso dovessi tornare prenderò quasi sicuramente lo stesso appartamento se disponibile

We never made it to this location. The GPS was wrong. Although the owner told us it would be wrong, he did nothing to assist us in getting to the property. We called and he refused to meet us to show us how to get to the property. It was a very unsafe neighborhood. After driving around for an hour, we left and went to another place. Very disappointing. I have asked for a refund and it was refused.

Everything could have been better. I would advise people not to book at this location.

Just wish we had more than one night here. Fabulous apartment, generous host, great location. Everything top notch. Really appreciated being able to store luggage in another empty apartment so we could wander, after our early morning flight. Traditional Ballaro market just down the road, which was brilliant. Everything fantastic.
