Gemütliches Ferienhaus am Lake Todd mit 50 Fuß Privatstrand auf der anderen Straßenseite steht für Ihren Sommerspaß zur Verfügung! Cottage verfügt über 2 Schlafzimmer und ein Vollbad. Das Hauptschlafzimmer verfügt über ein Queensize-Bett und Blick auf den See. Das zweite Schlafzimmer bietet 1 Doppelbett und 1 Einzelbett. Bettwäsche und Handtücher werden nicht gestellt; Gäste müssen ihre eigenen zur Verfügung stellen. Die Küche verfügt über alle Annehmlichkeiten, die Sie benötigen, und ein Holzkohlegrill ist vorhanden.

Judy’s cottage is the most wonderful place to relax. The summer is not complete without a trip to Newbury. We are yearly visitors and enjoy the peace and tranquility of the cottage and the lake.

The cabin was very pleasant with a nice view of the lake from the windows on the porch. The kitchen was fully supplied with whatever one might need. The property was easily located and was very quiet. Somewhat disappointed in the swimming at the lake. Near the shore there were small stones but further out there were larger boulders that were not visable. Difficult to walk out to swim.

We could not have been happier with this rental and we’ve been doing our girls weekends for 8 years at different properties. Everything you need and nothing you don’t. Very sweetly decorated with every thought for the guests’ comfort. We gave it an A+.

Lovely and well maintained cottage. Very peaceful. Stayed here 8 years ago. While I did not use the smart TV, the WiFi was a welcome addition. Clean. Beautiful lake. Only disappointment was that there was no water vessel for use. Kayaks and canoes can be rented nearby, but reservations in advance for this are recommended especially if you are staying over a holiday.

Beautiful cabin with a sunroom overlooking the private beach that comes with the property. Within walking distance of the Appleseed restaurant. And a very (very) short drive for your morning Dunkin coffee run. The fire pit on the beach or the charcoal grill in the backyard make for a great escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. Lake access for swimming or fishing.

This little cottage is lovely. It is Immaculate, clean and has incredible charm. It has everything you need and more, from beach toys, a canoe, and lovely kitchen amenities. The interior decoration has been well designed and is just adorable. I went with my 2 adult daughters and grandson. We all declared its a keeper and we plan to make it a tradition to return every year. One suggestion, offer more overstuffed soft places to sit and relax. There are many wooden chairs, that are attractive, but for some of us, an overstuffed sectional sofa would have been perfection.

Very clean comfortable home with a great little sandy private beach. The owner was super pleasant. She stopped by to make sure we had everything we needed. There was access to tubes and floats to use in the lake. Definitely hoping to stay here again. An added bonus…twice we saw a bald eagle fly by!!! Thanks for letting us stay at your home Judy! I hope we can stay longer next time🙂

This was our 2nd time staying here and again we thoroughly enjoyed the well appointed cottage, private beach, firepit, charcoal grill and mostly the serenity and peacefulness. No baby loon this year, but we did see and hear the adults. We did notice several larger motorboats on the water this time that did deter from the peacefulness and kayaking experience slightly, but for the most part the lake is very calm and quiet. The sunsets can be quite amazing to see. Although the weather this time was a mixed bag, we did a bit more exploring and enjoyed a nice meal at Bubba's and ice cream while listening to a free music concert at Newbury Harbor one night and also went to nearby Rollins State Park to access Mt Kearsage before checking out Warner for an ice cream spot. Judy is a very responsive and accommodating host. We hope to return again hopefully next year .

The place is clean and has everything needed to cook.
And also the loons serenading every night. I have already reserved for next year.

My daughter and I enjoyed a great week at Judy’s cottage. It was spotlessly clean. Her attention to detail for her guest was outstanding! The lake was great, peaceful and private. I would highly recommend this rental and hope to return next summer.

We had a wonderful visit at the cottage. We loved hearing the loons at night and seeing them swim during the day. Water shoes were helpful for the stone bottom swimming area. Swimming was fantastic with lots of floats to use in the shed. The clothesline out back was nice for drying out towels and swimsuits after swimming. Check in was extremely easy as Judy has excellent communication. Just bring pillow cases, sheets and towels as bedspreads and pillows are provided. The window fans helped keep the cottage cool. My daughter really liked making a fire and smores at night. Thanks so much for sharing your cottage with us!

This is a lovely little place with a thoughtfully furnished interior and responsive host. You do need to be prepared for the hike up the hill when hauling stuff in and out, but otherwise this was a little slice of heaven.

My family has been staying in Judy’s cottage for the last seven years or so and everytime we visit it gets better--be it new rugs, or furniture. I am grateful for Judy’s attention to detail, and responsiveness. This is the place to relax, fish, read, swim and enjoy the view of the lake. The birdwatching is terrific in June.

Lovely cottage with all accommodations & amenities you could think of. Lake/Beach is literally across the street and private. Perfect host, perfect little cottage..so comfortable and as pictured on the listing. All you need are sheets, your own towel and bug spray to use when it's hot. Fire pit, beach chairs by the lake, toys in the shed, various games were provided and a great tough. The host literally provided everything you would need at home, no exaggeration. Really thoughtful host who made sure every need is accommodated for everyone. We all felt at home! Bathroom/shower are tiny as mentioned in other reviews but appropriate for a cottage. This was a relaxing getaway with a good & safe location, great views and perfect for a small family. I would definitely recommend.

Clean, comfortable, cozy. Cottage is stocked with everything you could possibly need and then some. Beach is clean, lake water is crystal clear. Love listening to the family of loons. Took a canoe ride around the lake and had a fire in the fire pit on the beach at night. Would definitely return. Great value.

Our staycation was just great. The cottage was well stocked and cozy. I just loved how the owner raked the beach between guests. We used the kitchen for lobster, the grill for burgers and s’mores for the fire pit. The floatation tubes got lots of use. The only thing I would say is water shoes are a must.

Love our time spent on Lake Todd at Judy’s camp. This was our second stay and it was just as memorable as our first. We had the lake nearly to ourselves. We watched a storm roll in from the safety of the camp’s front room. We saw mom and baby loon everyday. We built sandcastles on the sandy beach and collected handfuls of beautiful rock treasures each day. Such a special spot, just what our family needed. Thank you, Judy!

Four of us long time friends just enjoyed the most relaxing, fun long weekend at this lovely cottage located on Lake Todd. Both Lake Todd and this property are truly "hidden gems", near many attractions, yet quiet and secluded. The cottage is very cute, well stocked and clean and the Lake is so beautiful and peaceful. As another reviewer suggested, water shoes are beneficial. We used the canoe, but also rented SUPs with a kayak conversion from a local vendor who delivered directly to the cottage. Judy was very easy to communicate with throughout the entire process. We had a great time and hope to return again.

So Cozy
I cannot say enough wonderful things about this home! It was the perfect place for a long weekend away with my family. Judy was incredibly accommodating and the cabin is immaculate. My husband grew up on Lake Todd, so revisiting was incredibly nostalgic. We used the canoe to get to the islands and picked blueberries for pancakes in the morning. We listened to the loons at night while we watched the sunset. I am so happy to have stayed and we plan to stay again next summer! Thank you Judy!

This is our second stay and we could not be more satisfied! The house, beach, host, and location are all amazing and we had the best family vacation. The sandy beach and quiet lake are perfect for young kids and families, and we love dinners at Appleseeds. Thank you for another amazing vacation and we can't wait to come back!

Wonderful and relaxing
Loved our stay here. Clean and well stocked cabin. Lake Todd was also very clean. I would suggest water shoes as it is a bit rocky. We loved how, with the front windows open the breezes came through and almost gave the feeling of being outside. It was a fun atmosphere for the 4th of July weekend but respectful and early not all night long like in some places. Everyone we encountered was very friendly. We never met our host but everything was so well appointed and spelled out in our Welcome Letter that it was not necessary to reach out. We never did end up taking the canoe out though it looked in great shape. It has been crazy for us at work so our vacation was all about relaxing and for me to read the many wonderful books I had brought. There is a really great grill that got us reinvigorated for charcoal grilling! Just wonderful all around.

Beautiful property. House was clean and welcoming. Lake was great for kayaking and for swimming. Beautiful sunset over the mountains every evening. Location is close to hiking areas. We couldn’t have been happier with our stay.

Very cozy cottage with a great outdoor space for grilling and easy access to a nice beach space on the lake with a fire pit. The host was very accommodating and there within a few minutes after we locked ourselves out (doh).
