Breakfast was not up to my expectations. Bathroom facilities standard not well maintained. Window was not closing and i did not feel safe at night

The staff was friendly and tried to be helpful at every step. The room was clean and tidy. Wifi worked well. Location is good - close to the airport (the hotel provides a shuttle) and walking distance to numerous restaurants and cafes. I didn't use the pool/spa/sauna but they appear to add a nice touch.

Staff was not able to address the payment questions quickly which was time-sensitive for me - front/reception staff should be able to be helped by the system on such questions, without waiting for "finance people" to respond. Morning coffee at the restaurant needs a new way of making in order to prevent it from being burned. Beg bugs need to be treated asap - I was bitten quite badly (seems to be a persistent issue across many hotels in Ethiopia). I was also charged for the lost plastic door card - this should not happen, such minor losses should be calculated into the cost of doing business so that the annoyance of such petty charges can be avoided (the card also had the hotel name and my room number on it - which is likely not in line with hotel security standards).

Location is good, safe and the staff were good and room comfort was okay but can do better

I was totally trapped by one of their employee.

I was searching the web for a bar that was showing it nearby, suddenly one of the Momona employee came to me and said that he's also going somewhere to relax, He took me to the private house which is near by bole and we both drunk some beer. He's keep on saying that this is not a public bar and the dancers here are just graduated from college they just arrange the party here. I thought it will be some kinda free. Finally he gave me the bill which is 70650 Birr (940 USD), I barely drunk 2 bottle beer and one short whiskey, it may cost around 400 Birr not more than that. Then another fat guy came into the room, they both insisted me to pay the bill. Next day I ask the receptionist to double check the hotel employee, I didn't get the proper answer yet.

First the room we got was nothing at all like a bed with a sinking mattress and a room not well maintained but the upgrade to a large and comfortable room would have been good if there was an extra charge for it.
