Das Personal ist sehr freundlich! Tolle Aktivitätsmöglichkeiten und Unterhaltung für Kinder.

Das Essen könnte etwas abwechslungsreicher sein z.B mehr und vorallem verschieden Früchte anstatt Melone und Ananas auch beim Snack Buffet war immer das gleiche.

Everything was ok. We had the new apartment with the pool.. Great and calm location for family. Only 10min to the sea. 5 min to the Aldi shop,where you buy everything. I highly recommend Aparthotel Club Simo.

Great structure and location close to the beach and supermarkets.

The room has a kitchen , but very badly equipment (pans, plates and cutlery) as well as no cleaning detergent to do the dishes. If you have kids and you want to use the kitchen for cooking you have to buy everything from detergent, sponge, salt, oil… there is no helpful structure to use the kitchen. It is ok if the Hotel doesn’t have interest in the use of the kitchen to motivate use of the restaurant, but it shouldn’t have a kitchen at all then.

Meal in restaurant was EXTREMELY good. Various, yummy and fresh. Three pools: two big, one for kids. Animation programm was daily, for children too. Attention! The hotel consists of four buildings, the fourth one is located in another street, so that you should walk about 3-4 minutes to get the main building with the restaurant. In fact it is another hotel, which belongs to the main one. For somebody it is good because all is quiet there. For the others it could be a problem. My family was accommodated in the fourth building, it was not good for us, and in the next day the hotel without any problems changed our room.

The hotel is located not so close to the beach. Internet-connection was bad everywhere except of the main building.

Would have been good to have a kettle, I was there for 24 nights and used the cooking facilities a lot Bought a few basics , eg wooden spoons, large glasses

Lovely pool area- rooms bright and clean - very comfortable. Reception staff excellent thank you Sebastian for arranging our room move due to my partners sight impairment- moved to a block with a lift which made our stay 100% easier.
