General cleanliness was very poor. the AC did not work well and was noisy throughout the night. Hallways looked straight out of a murder movie.

For a leisure trip the location is fantastic if you are wanting something central and near to where you'll go shopping - but also a short Uber ride to the tourist spots. The room is a decent size and the pool is a nice extra. For the price it was true value for money.

In the kitchenette they only provide 1 plate, 1 cup, 1 glass, 1 spoon, 1 fork and 1 knife which is crazy when a couple have booked the room. So we couldn't make a coffee together 😂. The TV is also basic with only local channels. Really - a smart TV would make such a difference especially for gringos who can't watch local stuff. Also, the sheets were smaller than the bed which was very odd for sleeping

The room was not clean. They had only one towel in the bathroom and it took half an hour to bring a second one. The breakfast doesn’t have many options. Should have been cheaper.

The hotel seems to have 4 stars, but I would not say at all. I would not recommend this hotel. Wi-Fi was horrible could not work at all.

The property is poorly preserved. There was a series of maintenance issues in the room, and even in the common areas. There was lack of alcohol gel in those areas, wich is unacceptable during the pandemic.

Location and price were the best. I went only for 1 night and had everything I needed. It was not a 5 start flat, but very functional. Breakfast was ok, juice and some breads with cheese and ham. The view is nice and the environment is comfortable. Great deal for short stay and value for money.
