The only thing I'd improve is the shower curtains, since the shower space is already quite tight, having dark curtains made me feel a bit claustrophobic, I guess transparent/lighter ones would solve the issue!

The location is perfect to start a lot of hikes. Rooms are clean. All the employees, plus the owners are extremely nice and helpful. on-site restaurant where they make fresh pasta.

The hotel is located very close to the trails we wanted to hike. The staff were very informative and kind. The town is just beautiful. Notice, there is not much to do there if you are not hiking.

Excellent service staff and food

Val di Funes is an extremely quiet town and so hotel fines is in a great location for hiking adventures. Breakfast was satisfying. Lovely terrace in bedrooom to sit on but rooms are quite small.. The staff working there were really nice.

Found the bed quite uncomfortable. No facilities in room to make tea /coffee which would have been nice after long hikes during the day.

Honestly I was super pleased with the staff! Guys are really awesome and very helpful. The dinner was really good. The chief of the restaurant is super!

The room and bathroom are really old, renovation is needed. The price maybe is ok for the location, but not for the room and bathroom design and oldness.. not well furnished. There’re a lot of things which show that sometimes it’s overused or not well designed for long usage. The pillow unfortunately is not comfortable, which is super important in trips. The breakfast was ok all-in-all, but not a big variety, especially for vegans (I’m worried about them).

The hotel is located in the heart of Val di Funes and it's a great place to stay before or after hiking to Rifugio Delle Odle and the area. I loved the place so much that I decided to extend my stay for another night. I could hear the creek outside my balcony and it was very relaxing. I booked the basic single room and the hosts were kind and upgraded my room. It's a cozy place in a quite lovely village and you can find the most amazing point of views of the Dolomites walking distance from there. As a guest you would get a pass that will get you a discount at the parking lot at Zanes (otherwise it's 8 euros a day), so don't forget to take it with you. The hosts are nice and helpful, they can help you planning your trip in the ares. The restaurant is very good and special, and I recommend the half board option. Great breakfast. I already wait to come back.

Relatively small room and very small shower. As there was no elevator, we had to carry our luggage on stairs. Hotel's enterance is same as the restaurant's, so every time we got in we passed through people who were dining. Someone played music late at night and it was hard to sleep.

Extremely frendly hosts, always there to help. The nature is incredibly beautiful, a lots of possibilities for skiing. Overall one really pleasant experience.

The establishment was small, managed by Hannes and Fabian. Hannes interacted with us most and was super helpful, from providing directions to key attractions, lending ice scrapper for car, explaining to us about the locale etc. Unlike other places that I have been to, the feeling was very personal and non-transactional. The place was good and comfy, and the daily onboard dinner was superb - amazing variety on the menu! 10 out of 10 for sure!

The hotel was very unclean during our stay. There were many flies while eating breakfast and dinner. The toilet in our room had black residue and the bathroom had a bad smell. The carpet was stained. The bed and pillows were not comfortable. Food was just okay. Price for value did not align.
