My daughter and I stayed in one of the new rooms in this lovely family hotel. The room was spacious, comfortable and spotlessly clean. The breakfast is rightly famous for its quality and choice. I was concerned prior to arriving that it was next to the bus station but this proved to be a real benefit, the surrounding area was clean and quiet and the bus service to local hiking trails were effectively door to door. The owners and all the staff staff were charming and very helpful, especially Renate!

We have stayed in 6 cities throughout Italy in 2 weeks, this hotel is by far the best! From the upgraded room (new garden side, with a patio, swing and grassy area for my dog) to the BEST breakfast I've had in Europe, everything is fresh! I wish I had my phone to take pictures this morning! Look at the photos others posted!
We parked in their private garage, 10€/night. They have free parking on the side along the road. My dog was greeted and welcomed in the Bar, Lounge and Breakfast, he was 10€/night.
I noticed a separate room for bicycles, skis ect. They also had a bike rack and washing machine for guests. We did not use, but it's so great to see and hopefully, this helps someone pick this amazing hotel.
The city center is SO close, literally, walk across the street and it begins!
If I had to say 1 bad thing, I'd say the bathroom is dark, there's 1 light near the shower/toilet, and 2 lights on the mirror. It was a bit difficult to do my makeup. Other than that- absolutely perfect! I wish we could have stayed longer!

The breakfast - wow! So much choice and all delicious.
The staff at reception were really helpful - thank you for arranging the taxi, it made escaping the train strike so easy and the driver was great, chatting and pointing out things on the way up to Brenner.
The location - just a short stroll to the centre and to restaurants. Plus next to the bus stops for getting to/from the station for trips to other places.
The room was quiet and clean with a very comfortable bed.

I wish it would be possible to give more stars. The hotel is just top. Perfect location, quiet, comfortable and great design. You won’t see it when you pass by, as it looks relatively simple compared with all the typical Tirol houses around, but the interiors are just great. Breakfast is just grandiose and the staff is very professional and friendly. We spent here two great days in early Fall and we definitely come back whenever we will travel in that area.

Very friendly and helpful reception. The room was spotless clean and spacious, with modern furnitures and minimalistic design. Amenities were minimal, but was perfectly sufficient for us. The hotel was situated right next to (or part of?) a quiet park, at the edge of the old town of Vipiteno and next to the gondola station. Our room had a balcony overlooking at this park & gondolas. The breakfast was one of the best we have had in a while, with so much choices of bread, fruits, cereals, savouries, and more. If we had the time, we would've love to try their bar and cafe - which looked very nice and comfortable. It was lucky that we found a spot in this place and we will certainly come back again.
Very minor point - perhaps we missed it but we got the impression (from booking.com) that there are enough free parking space on the premise - however the space was sort of limited to ~ 6 - 8 cars and was mostly full all the time we were there. Of course there is a payed parking space for hotel guests, just that it would've been nice to know these beforehand.

Great breakfast with several healthy/organic options. Great location, 5 min. walking distance from the city center. Very clean. Underground parking at a reasonable price.

We were offered a room in the new part which suited us very well. No carpets in the rooms which was great for me as I suffer with dust mite allergies. Didn’t get to use the wellness area due to lack of time, but it also looked extremely good. Breakfast was superb and overall this hotel is excellent value for money.
Bed was very hard for me, but my partner approved .
