breakfast was excellent, lots of choice, good preparation.

Lack of maintenance in some areas. The spa mats are quite deteriorated, the fridge in the room is rusty, the bathroom bulb was not working, the towels in the room are very old. The hotel in general requires some remodeling.

I love the natural setting of the hotel, it's surrounded by mountains and the gardens are well taken care of. It's a great place to disconnect, relax and enjoy nature. The food is also amazing, there are great and healthy options at every meal. The staff is very helpful and kind. I really enjoyed the yoga clases in the morning as well as the massage and the water circuit at the pool.

Massage - was good, but nothing special.

This hotel is not 5 star hotel by any measure: 1. The hotel does not meet our expectations. 2. The master suites are not private - if you are in a private pool you will be seen by other guests and staff. 3. The main pool was dirty. 4. Our private pool was not sparkling, the water inside it was cloudy and almost muddy. 5. There was no hot water in the shower. 6. The minibar did not have chocolate. 7. During our stay there were works right next to our room. 8. Photos of hotel do not match the reality. 9. Food was ok but not super delicious as it was announced. 10. I can't say the surroundings and view are marvelous. On the road to the hotel (Anapoima) there much more places where the view is breathtaking - the location of this hotel does not have such view - this is not disadvantage but the fact. 11. Generally the hotel is old and requires some upgrade. 12. WiFi does not work in rooms. 13. Ants were in the room. 14. Windows shutters were not closing properly. 15. We were not satisfied with hotel services. 16. All staff have different clothing - not even uniform. I thought this is smth standard for 5-star hotel.
