We booked this accommodation via booking.com earlier this year for the Kalgoorlie cup. Drove 8 hours and when we got to the hotel we were told we had no booking

The fact they blamed booking.com for the error in the booking. We and many of our friends have used booking.com for many years and all over the world and Booking.com has never failed us. There was no other accommodation available due to the Kal Cup taking over and people travel all over WA. We relied on locals for accommodation for one night. We later learnt it was the hotels mistake

Great staff - very friendly and helpful. Clean, tidy, comfy rooms. Loved the food at the hotel so we ate there every night!

Just a little strange to have a small kitchen but no sink other than the bathroom sink to get water and clean up. Sink very small to be washing dishes.

Everything, the staff made the Albion, Clean accommodations, wonderful food, good security, couldn't have asked for a better more welcoming stay

The carpet looks grotty. Replacing it would really lift the place.

The rest of the staff members were friendly and helpful.

One of the staff told me i was flying into the carpark but im sure i was not. The thing was her tone sounded rude to me. I did not cause a fuss as i did not want to spoil my trip. Apart from this incident, everything else was good, even other staff members.

We like the hot water and the extra space in the room.

Good value for monies

The only thing I don't like is the noise of vehicles leaving early morning etc. Not a place to stay if you want a sleep in

The room was clean & very comfy. The staff were very friendly & always helpful. The pool area looked very inviting in Summer time. Around the complex was very neat & tidy. Having the pub right next door is very handy for food & drinks.

The water pressure in the shower was extremely bad. I'd have to say the worst shower we've ever had. Too much water pressure in the kitchen was too much. Another thing was but no real big deal the artwork on the wall was of New York City. Maybe some local canvas prints of the Super pit or bushland.

Very good size room which was clean and had all the mod cons including cutlery and crockery. Staff were friendly and after having left the property they rang to remind us that an item had been left behind....they agreed to send it to my home address.

Best room we have stayed in for a long time. Very clean and spacious. The shower was amazing. Staff were very welcoming. The food at the hotel was also excellent. Would definitely stay here again.

It would have been a great stay except for the disgusting behaviour of the people staying in room 12! They had no respect for anyone else staying in the complex being loud and abusive all thought the night. Drunken abuse is not one that I want to pay to hear. 2 nights in a row, I was not impressed!
