Appartamento spazioso e dotato di tutto ciò che può servire per un soggiorno di qualche giorno ( utensili e piccoli elettrodomestici in cucina, frigorifero, microonde, lavatrice, asse e ferro da stiro). Arredamento scelto con cura che valorizza l'appartamento. La signora Licia è stata molto precisa e gentile nell'illustrare le attrazioni e i servizi di Verona e si è messa a disposizione per qualsiasi necessità.

Really good location to access everything in Verona. Super close to a fantastic bakery and coffe place. Public Parking was conveniently close.

The apartment was very nice, my stay was very pleasant.

It is important to mention that when I received the keys, Licia informed me that I must pay a 150 Euro deposit. I gave her my credit card and the 150 Euro was immediately debited to my credit card. I was credited the amount only after a number of days after leaving the apartment. This deposit should be clearly stated in the description of the apartment as it took me by surprise.

The flat was as described and very central. Licia is great host she was very in giving us recommendations and taking her time explaining where to go,eat…

I would just say that if you are planning to stay 5 days or more,just be aware that you will get one soap and one towel,but you can use the washing machine to clean your towel and clothes.I think it would have been nice to have extra soap. The room wall is very thin and you can hear the neighbour at all time on phone or using TV. Of course,that is out of the host hand so you can’t really blame but I just would have liked to read a comment to be prepared knowing that I am a light sleeper.
