The view was spectacular from our apartment. It was also a very peaceful and quiet location. The staff were always friendly and helpful. Though we didn't have time to use the facilities - pool, massage, etc - there certainly seemed to be ample amenities, including an on-site shop.

It's a small thing, but it wasn't clear at the time of booking that there wouldn't be complimentary tea or coffee in the room (there usually is elsewhere), so we needed to go to the nearest supermarket to get it, which was less than ideal after a long journey. Also, if you want dinner at the restaurant, you must make reservations the day before. Another thing to be aware of is the guest cleans the dishes and cutlery in the room by hand, so I felt the need to clean them myself before use as I couldn't be sure of the standards of the previous occupant.

just notice the images on the site show a lovely old building with a classic luxurious feel to it but when you get there most of the rooms are actually in neighbouring modern apartment buildings. the rooms are similar to the ones depicted but don’t have that extra atmosphere of the original building.

would have been even better with an outdoor pool too. due to the construction work in city center it was a long drive to get to the upper part of town including lifts by car.

It was very beautiful view from the balcony and very practical with possibility to have your own breakfast it the room on the balcony. Amazingly beautiful view and access to pool in the hotel. Also a small shop to buy breakfast bread and similar in. We only stayed two nights but it was close to the town where we walked to and had dinners. We travelled by electric car and there was charging available in the hotel at good price. (5 Euro per occasion so really good price if you charge a lot)

We spent an amazing week in Hapimag resort. Comfortable fully equipped apartment with an amazing view, perfect wellness zone, kind staff. Better than expected.

Our apartment in House 3 was small & in need of updating. Also the synthetic fitted bed sheets were very uncomfortable.

No irons in apartments. They are a necessity when on holidays. There is one at hotel reception that you have to rent??

It had a great location, close to bus stop and hiking routes. The hotel is a bit far from railwaystation and grocery store but you can easily move by bus. The hotel had it’s own small store and fresh bread every morning. Also a great restaurant and a pool and wellness areas.

i love how convenient the place is! they have their own small grocery shop inside the HOTEL! the ski bus is walking distance from the property, the staff are so warm and helpful! I am so happy to celebrate my birthday in this wonderful place. ❤️

I am not sure if this was caused by Booking.com or the hotel, but the description promised both balcony and garden terrace. So you might be dissapointed when you end up with the other one from these two than you wanted

Amazing views, nicely equipped kitchen. The swimming pool was very relaxing. Great shower pressure.

The main building is great. The pool and the view are amazing- great to relax after a day of ski. You can find all needed ski facilities.

The actual rooms are in another complex. Little storage place (if you are a family of four, at least). Questionable cleanliness and an awkward smell in the room.
