Sehr freundliches Personal, bequeme Betten und ein großer Parkplatz.

Die Ausstattung des Zimmers ließ zu wünschen übrig (keine Minibar etc.), leider war es nicht besonders sauber und das Bad roch wirklich unangenehm.

Good location just off the motorway so ideal for stopover. Parking just outside with Tesla charger was useful. Nice biergarten next door overlooking the park. Room was large. No a/c but windows opened.

No equipment in kitchenette at all so impossible to use. Says fully equipped in listing so disappointed. Made it an expensive upgrade. Might as well have booked a cheaper room. In reply to the property's query - there were no pans at all, no cooking utensils - so nothing to use on the hob. Impossible to cook anything. There were basic eating utensils but the idea of a kitchenette is to cook basic meals.

Staff were extremely friendly and helpful! Facilities are very clean and fully functional. Bed was extremely comfortable. Bath and shower in my room which is a nice add. The sweets left on the bed everyday was a nice touch.

Food was okay but not a great selection. Location was poor with nothing around but the bar/restaurant next door for the evenings. A car is a must. It was 30 degrees when I was there so AC would have been a plus!

We arrived 9.20pm, website said it had restaurant and separate bar for food. Said restaurant was open until 10.30pm and bar 12am. When we arrived restaurant was full fair enough, but didn't get a message in advance to book. Then bar had a private party so couldn't get a drink or food there. This hotel is located isolated position. We had driven 6 hours with no food. Asked the reception for help to order pizza. And they ignored , were rude. This is not acceptable for a 4 star, so called hotel , which wasn't cheap. Had a bad experience sleeping light in the room was bright , fire alarm I think and couldn't turn off. .

It was clean and the staff was accommodating. The breakfast was good with ample choices.

The location next to a major outdoor sports facility made it very noisy. The upstairs room was very hot, with no way of cooling it. The window could only be opened a tiny crack. The door to the room was misaligned, so could only be closed by slamming it hard, causing quite a noise. The shower doors were likewise misaligned not closing all the way, so the bathroom floor got flooded. The photos they have in booking.com depict delicious looking food dishes and fine dining images. Be advised that the restaurant is closed during summer, which should have been made more clear in the description. There is a beer garden open in the evening, with limited and mediocre food options. The staff is doing their best and should not be blamed for management’s shortcomings.
