The room was beautiful and the property felt like a little French hotel. The staff were lovely and made an effort to communicate with me when I couldn’t speak any Portuguese. The location is wonderful - down a lovely tranquil street and close walking distance to the main centre of Gramado. I highly recommend this hotel. It was a pleasure to stay there.

Great staff and good breakfast.

Not comfortable single beds. They seemed smaller than a normal single bed.

The breakfast is very very good, lots of fruits, delicious breads and cakes, juices, coffee, milk... I can't complain! And they have some lactose-free and gluten-free options as well. The room is cozy, good bed, air-conditioner, heater, fire place. The street is close to the main avenue, but it's super silent, this makes the stay even better (you're close to the main avenue, but you don't hear a single noise - only the birds singing).

The shower was not nice (at least for me). I'm not sure why, but the quantity of water coming out of the shower was not enough to take a shower. I tried opening all the way to the end, tried mid-way, tried opening just a little bit and the result was always the same: not enough water and not that hot as well. I took my shower "on installments" (turning the water on and off many times). That was the only issue we had.

Friendly Staff

It’s a beautiful building with a gorgeous garden very well located. It feels like a dreamy bed and breakfast. Beatriz the manager was amazing and tried her best to make our stay lovely.

It’s now part of the Tri Hotel group and lost a lot of the charm it used to have with this change. The cleaning staff doesn’t come daily and the rooms were very poorly cleaned. The breakfast was not very good, everything was cold and the coffee was particularly bad.

Quaint and well kept site with spacious rooms and a lovely breakfast.
