The room was well air-conditioned.

Room service was not satisfactory, left over food was not cleaned, towels on the floor not replaced. Not enough space in closet, no safe provided. Blunt and confusing interactions with staff. Lack of breakfast options.

The staff were very professional and helpful. The main catch for me was the room prices. They were affordable compared to many that I checked. The hotel was affordable while also maintaining a very good standard 👏

Not clean and the carpet has a very bad smell and the breakfast was vary poor, we went about 6 times and the key to the room was not working and they were telling us to leave the door opened and when we want to go in the room we have to go to the lobby which is far away from the room for them to open the door for us.

The room smelled like smoke .never knew about it had a pet charge of 25.00 per night and 100.00 security deposit.

The staff were friendly and accommodating.

The staff were welcoming and allowed me to check in early even though the room wasn't ready for us. I went up to the room with my 9 year old son and it smelt of vomit. I could tell than no amount of cleaning was going to clear that odour and, judging by the general state of the hotel, other rooms were likely to be the same or worse. I decided to find alternate accommodation. I didn't tell the staff or make a complaint, it was cheap and probably what could be expected at the price. It is NOT a place that children should stay and so I found another hotel for our stay.

Sink stopper didn't work properly. Breakfast menu could have been more varied (yoghurt, fresh fruit).

It was close to the arena where our granddaughter was playing hockey and there were plenty of restaurants close by. They did have breakfast included.

The bed and pullout were very small and old. There was no bedding with the pullout either.
