I was not happy with the breakfast , they could have given better options other than regular waffles , bread butter , yogurt , patties.. There were no scrambled eggs , boiled eggs which disappointed me .

Bed was comfy and coffee was good.

Check in person not very friendly, toilet barely flushed and same basic breakfast every morning. Back door of building always seemed unlocked which did not feel safe.

La suite familiale (chambre 107) était très spacieuse et vraiment propre. Le petit déjeuner, qui est très bien et compris dans le prix, peut être apporté dans la chambre où se trouve une table et quatre chaises : parfait avec les enfants. L'hôtel est bien situé et calme. Il y a des stationnements en bon nombre. Restaurant le Bâton Rouge juste à côté de l'hôtel. Les plus : les gaufres à faire soi-même le matin, les enfants ont adoré ; la petite cuisine avec micro-onde, frigo, cafetière (thé, café) et mini lavabo a été utile.

Les gros oreillers énormes ne sont pas vraiment confortables pour dormir.

La localisation

La propreté de la chambre. Les fenêtres étaient cernés de moisissures au complet. Les miroirs n’avaient pas été lavé et il y avait tellement de cheveux dans le drain du bain que l’eau s’écoulait à peine. Vraiment, j’ai été plus que déçue

Large suite. Comfortable. Breakfast was fine. Nice staff. Close to restaurants.

Not a big problem: You have to take the car/taxi to old Quebec. It takes 15minutes. Parking costs $18 a day. Not bad.

No service whatsoever. Towels never refreshed, nor toiletries. Room was never cleaned. We were there for 3 nights and had to borrow a broom to sweep the floor. Breakfast was disappointing and items not refreshed or replaced once they ran out.

The room was large and comfortable. We got a great sleep in a very comfortable bed and a quiet room. The staff were extremely kind and welcoming. For example, the staff at the reception desk, notably Kouman, went out of their way to accomodate us (we arrived late in the evening with our black lab). The waffles that Marie-Lyne made us for breakfast were outstanding :-) The location is excellent, we'll stay here again.

Although the bed was super comfortable, the couch was less so. For the price, though, it's more of an obersvation than a complaint.

Breakfast did the trick and has satisfied with what they included. Staff did a great job with setup and making sure everything was in order.

Beds were comfortable enough. The only complaint would be on the pull out couch as we needed a third bed. The pull out couch needs a better mattress, some additional padding or something.

Breakfast is fair but if you eat the same breakfast for 4 days you get tire of it eating ..

We stayed for 4 days no one clean our room no toiletries, floor is dirty we don’t know where to put our garbage because for 4 days no one pick up our garbage or clean our room. When we arrived the staff is not accommodating no greeting she just look at us she never even say a word I will understand if she is deaf and mute but when we left the front desk she talked to the other guy.. we ask for a extra towel the next day the lady told us to bring the dirty towels we stay 5 person including my 3 teens the towel hanging there are 2 towels. Every now and then for 4 days we have to ask our supplies that supposed to be there we are getting tired asking for it so we decided to hang our used towel and let it dry so we can use it again the next day. I ask the front desk if it’s ok to clean at least the floor because it’s winter and lots of salt and mud she answer me back short staff for housekeeping that is really sad we pay amount of money for the hotel we expect a little bit of decent room. No way I will book another hotel from Quality Inn in Quebec City.
