Liked the modern rooms. The staff were friendly. Beautiful hotel.

It advertised glass showers in the bathroom, but it had a dingy older plain jane tub/shower. Floors were very scratched and lighting was very dim. Beds and pillows were extremely uncomfortable.

300 dollars a night and not a single smart tv. Just crappy cable Told us when we checked in that the restaurant gets really busy and we would never get in or even get take out, they were right, the restaurant was half the reason we booked. No impressed. Had to argue to get the free 12 dollar breakfast that should come with the 300 dollars a night suite but no I had to argue and show on my phone that breakfast was included in price. Would not book again

The room was extremely clean which was great, and the room felt comfortable and modern. The location of the hotel was convenient. When I asked the cleaning staff for help, they provided me with what I was looking for and were very helpful to me and another guest when we were asking them for what we needed.

There was only one set of towels (in my double bed room where I was staying with one other person for two nights), and we also had no bar of soap for hand washing when we arrived. The staff at the front desk when I arrived was a bit standoffish, and when I asked for the soap and towels from this staff we never received them, and I had to ask the cleaning staff for help directly. The breakfast buffet also struck me as quite overpriced at $20. Buffet food is rarely worth that, especially for breakfast, but I can’t judge the quality of the food as we did not eat at the restaurant.

I really like the location

it’s very dated inside in respect to the room having pamphlets for restaurants on site (offering room service) when they do not exist. also - the heating and cooling unit is insanely loud and kept us up most of the night
