Excellent location in the city close to boardwalk and museums. Restaurants, shopping - all conveniently located very close.

Parking space available for unload too small. Also to park your own car is expensive.

rooms are spacious suites, located right in the heart of downtown Halifax

they are making their comeback from Covid so the service re housekeeping etc is weak, but they are working on it.

The Suites are large and well laid out. Very comfortable for a stay over 4-5 days like we did.

The ravages of Covid do show themselves a bit. There is no housekeeping at all unless you specifically ask. The units have fridges and microwaves but no utensils at all, no plates nothing. The suite we were in needed a bit of care but nothing that would stop me from returning. I’ll rent here again.

Beautiful looking hotel.

Lack of parking options. Valet is a wonderful option but it took me an hour to get near the hotel for check in to even get valet parking- as cars were parked in the 2 spot area for that duration- the same 2. Or be able to get my luggage inside. This set me behind my schedule - very inconvenient. When reception was notified. The response was “oh”. My room was incredibly cold despite the heat control. (703) The staff were not overly friendly. Didn’t seem to have the hospitality skills once found. No greetings. Just task accomplishments.

Bed comfortable. Clean. Great harbour view. Staff friendly and helpful.

Well kept

The beds and pillows were really comfortable and we loved that the king suite had 2 pullout couches so each of our kids had their own beds.

The power went out while there and the elevator was glitchy the rest of the day.
