The sheets looks dirty, the hallway small bed!

Patio door was great with dogs, outside was right there. The beds were comfortable.

Not clean enough... the floor was sticky, shower curtain dirty, really small inside for a family. The breakfast place was not clean, not inviting at all, not a lot of choices.

Old air conditioner which was very loud; the sheets were wrinkled - not sure they were fresh; the duvets were stained; breakfast was not great, eggs overcooked, pancake machine was out of service.

The location and its friendly staff

First room we got smelled like an old smoking hotel room. The bathroom’s ceiling was all covered with mold stains, paint coming off and the unit fan was dark of dust and so the baseboards. Imagine the carpet!!! The cleanliness of the room was concerning. The bed conforter is only covered with two sheets and not a regular cover so we could see how old the comforter was; all yellowish and full of stains. How can you still use that and not change it for brand new ones ? The heat unit wasn’t working when we came in and room temperature was at 19 degrees with condensation in the windows. We tried opening the heater but something wasn’t working properly. We requested to change room with this issue and the staff accommodated our request. I was happy that we made the request. The new room was way better. Smelled better, heater was working first shot and bathroom was cleaner but stil’ with stains.. oh well. I usually rely myself on the global notes. I knew this place was about 6/10 but I didn’t thought it would be this bad. This place is old and needs a revamp. But having the second room made my entire stay more pleasant and the staff were friendly.

They didn’t have any water bottle to sell. My kids dodos t have water during the whole stay.

Good value for the money. There was a discrepancy with room rate when we arrived, but front desk honored our booking.com rate. Free breakfast was nice, nothing fancy, but well stocked and adequate. Staff were nice and friendly, polite. Manager seemed to be circulating from dining area to housekeeping dept advising and supporting the staff. That was nice to see! He was pleasant too!!

A little more effort and attention to detail with cleaning practices. Mirrors and glass was streaky as were the bathroom tiles. Bathroom smelled of urine. Maybe washing floor with bleach would help. Carpets in hallway need to be steam cleaned. Dirty and dingy. Maybe rearrange furniture in room. It was cramped.

It was clean, organized and stuff were welcoming.

It was cold during the night. We could not find any extra blanket.
