Great, friendly and super clean place… not to mention about the vicinity and nature’s location

Nice hotel in a quiet environment (except after the early gardener's started). Bed was comfy, breakfast was nice.

Bed sheet cleanliness. The first room we got, the bed was not done correctly, the linen of the mattress was missing and was full of different kind of human hair... We switched to another room, which was better but still had to remove a few in both of the 2 queen size bed. We had a king sized bed originally and ended up in a queen size bed: at 11:30 at night, we took the deal, and stayed in the second room.

The Room was clean and beautiful

Shower curtain was too short which made the water ran out to the bathroom’s floor

Room is a bit old, the small fridge was noisy I had to unplug it during night, bathroom was way too small n old, but location is amazing, I would say the price would be fair with an offer of breakfast with it.

Staff very friendly, rooms were clean, no problem for getting clean pool towels, pools were clean, love the view on the lake, many activities included such as hot tubs, pools, mini golf, chess, ping pong, basket ball, shuffleboard, footballs and volleyballs at your disposal.

The activities and restaurant close a little early considering its summer. The wi-fi connection is poor. No microwave Indoor pool was a little cold

Absolutely everything. Stunning views, gorgeous landscaping at the outdoor pool and hot tubs, immaculate property, super comfortable bed, great price, clean quiet lake on property, charming fully bilingual staff. Chef prepared a stunning and delicious meal of Lac Brome duck. Varied wine list. Felix Antoine, my server at dinner, was an expert waiter and helped with ferry info. Breakfast offered gluten free bread, my favourite, cretons, superb strong coffee, and homemade strawberry jam served by a very efficient and friendly waitress who kept my coffee cup full. I will definitely return and urge everyone to check out this fabulous property.
