I do love the pool and the hot tub. The overall hotel is very comfortable, not as grand as I had expected from the other Fairmount properties. The cleaning staff is very kind and nice. Just asked for towels, and bathroom accessories, I did not need cleaning or change bedsheets.

All the pillows had a stale smell, it was very uncomfortable the first night. When checking out, the gentlemen only apologize and did not try to offer any discount. The evening bar did not allow guess to order food and take back to the room. You can only call for room service, and force customer to pay $5 fee for delivery. A little disappointing.

Notre chambre était situé directement sur le mur d’un ascenseur de service qu’on entendait constamment monter et descendre.

La piscine extérieure était fermé et c’est pour cela quand vient chaque année c’est vraiment dommage on a fait tout le chemin pour rien car c’est écrit que la piscine et en rénovation jusqu’au fin octobre et j’avais modifié ma date en fonction de ça et je suis un client habitué à cette hôtel mais pour ce que je viens de vivre avec cette méchante surprise cet hiver je vais le changer et je vais essayer spa scandinave ou un autre hôtel vraiment dommage 😡😡😡

heavy marijuana smell, the room lights and phone didn't work. We were told we were going to have a nice room on a higher floor and ended up on the ground floor facing construction.

The hotel staff is fantastic. The location is perfect for hiking and attending events in the village. Breakfasts are the best we've ever had in hotels in the US. The inside pool area needs a minor renovation. The outside pool area is under renovation, and we hope we will enjoy using outdoor pools the next time we come.

The location was good. The bed was very comfortable and the room was clean.

The price should include breakfast. I wanted to swim outside but the pool was under construction. The shower in our room had a bit of mold on the caulking.

The fairmount hotel is in the center of Tremblant village. The location is great.

Outside amenities ( pool, spa) were in renovation and we still paid the same price. Our room was facing the construction. In the hallway there was the smell of dempt carpet. Not that clean. Not worth the price.

Staff, particularly the cleaning staff were great; helpful, caring, and friendly.

Room was dated - furniture was nicked with the look of the 1980’s. Shower and tub had mold on caulking, rusty toilet paper holder as well as the towel bars. The carpet was frayed and the mirror in bath severely chipped… too many items to keep typing.

Attentive & helpful staff. Above & beyond customer service. Thoughtfulness with free snacks for movies they screened, no charge arcade games & cold bowls for the ice cream purchased through room service.

Outdoor pool closures. Wasn’t noted on Booking.com reservation but I received an email from the hotel 3 days before check in.

Beautiful and classy place! We loved the indoor swimming pool and sauna! And it’s perfect location was a plus! The staff was amazing!

I didn’t like that the steam room was not working. Also the air conditioning in the room made weird sounds that kept waking us up. The bed was hard. The room service messed up our simple order :(
