We did not end up using the breakfast coupons.

The room was not as quite as expected. Seemed that we could hear people in the other room. I am not sure if their door was open but we could clearly hear a number of people chatting.

L'accueil, chambre spacieuse et très propre, lit très confortable. Café, thé dans la chambre, bel hôtel intérieur.

Petit bémol, c'est l'isolation on entend les gens dans leurs salle de bain et on les entends parler dans le couloir.

Broken window, no body wash, staff not inerested, worst breakfast ever, unsecured parking. Basically everything, just not worth considering.

Room 523 did not have a working TV. I had to change rooms. Room 423 did not have Dove Soap. A black man’s belt was left in room 523 while in the process of changing rooms, but was not there the following morning.

The hotel is very clean in every aspect. Bedroom is very clean and comfortable. Specifically, the bathroom fan is very quiet. This is very different from many other hotels.

The air-conditioner is still quite noisy with one of the beds placed right next to it. I had to keep it on to maintain some air circulation though.

Room was ame, well equipped and bathroom was spotless

Parking is creepy and poor illuminated. We did not feel safe leaving the car in it.

Hairs in the shower after previous guest . The room wasn’t fresh properly was really stinky three of sweat . The bed shits was not clean.Needed to leave the room for an hour after opened a window in the room . Noize of neighbour’s door next to the room who was smashing the door for half an hour at 4:00 am

The building is great, rooms were clean, and there is ample parking space (free of cost).

Thier reservation system is messed up. I booked for 2 rooms (5 adults). The reservation was confirmed. However, when I reached the hotel they told me that they only had one room for me. They were able to book the another room as there was availability (God Forbids if there was no availability). That day they charged me for 2 rooms. However, 2 days later I saw additional charge for yet another room on my credit card. I contacted them and they couldn't figure out on the phone: they told me to forward my credit card statement (which I did right away). They told me they would get back to me right away, which they didn't. I had to call in 2 days after atleast 2 times wherein the receptionist transferred my call to the responsible person, who never picked up. The person got back to me via email and they refunded my money back. Due to this inconvenience, will never be staying at this Holiday Inn again.

Very noisy air conditioner

Nice clean rooms, decent breakfast, friendly stuff. Pool was warm and had a nice whirpool area. Good price.

Pool was dirty. Reception warned me about possibility of theft from the parking lot and there wad not enough free parking space in front of hotel.

The open concept lobby

- the bathroom was dirty, dingy and rusted - the sheets and pillow cases were dirty and moldy - the room service took hours - the staff was not knowledgeable and experienced as I had stayed an extra night which reception knew upon check in and then they called 3 times for me to check out disturbing me and my daughter - ice machine on the floor didn't work for the entire time and when I complained to reception she sent me to the wrong floor for ice - the room was musty and smelled - the air condition was old and loud - the wheelchair accessible buttons did not work - cost was expensive for the room and not worth it - the breakfast had no taste and tasted stale - not up to IHG standards - room was outdated. Tv had no internet options - internet would drop in and out and was also unsecured - lots of lights in the room but all dim

The room was a little cramped for size.

The staff and customer service was really good specially when you are in a province where you are not fluent in their language. But we did not feel this barrier even for a single minute of our stay .

There was nothing to dislike but for a long stay with kids if we could have a shared washer it would be an additional help or lessen my laundry load after vacation.

Very clean hotel. I liked their modern style. Employees are serving you with smile.

Jacuzzi had dead insects on our first day. 2nd day was cleaned Breakfast need to be improved.

Location a bit far out. Front desk staff, generally nice but one guy extremely unhelpful which was a shame.

Friendly staff, very nice and clean facilities, the kids loved the pool and the rooms were very comfortable and neat. Everything was superb. We really enjoyed our stay

The temperature of the water in the pool could be warmer, it was a bit cold

The location is perfect and it's convenient to travel.

The AC in the room is noisy.
