Comfortable beds. Close to the airport.

All of the prepayments, holdbacks, etc. etc. we’re very very confusing. That is to say, they kept putting charges either through or pending on my card without any explanation as to “what was what.” Not pleased.

Great location, comfy bed, clean room, nice staff and a surprisingly good included breakfast! Lots of choice and my partner and I still talk about the tasty waffle we made. Free shuttle to the airport was a plus. Good value for the price, would stay again.

Checked all the boxes, the only thing that would have made it better was an even lower rate for the room, and a late-night shuttle from the airport to the hotel.

Mainly, price and proximity to airport. Also the shuttle service was excellent. We really enjoyed the Story Cafe, even though it's not part of your service, it's very close by and a great place. Maybe you should do some sort of deal with them, so you could promote their place in return for... something... maybe some sort of package deal for your customers...??

Well, the "free breakfast" was free for sure, but pretty thin on the ground. How about a two-tier plan, where tier one is free, like you offer now, and tier two is cheap (say, $10), and includes a variety of hot items...?

The room was outdated. The airport shuttle was not large enough to accommodate all traveler needing it.

Location

Staff weren’t friendly or accommodating. Took a deposit out of my account that they didn’t need to and I’ve ended up having to pay the difference for when they then transferred the money back the next morning. They could’ve just taken the card details like they did when we were in Hawaii. Driver for the transfer to the hotel was very uncommunicative or helpful.

The Hotel is near located to the YVR. Free Shuttle available, Service is very good and guest orientated. Room was clean and bed very comfy and quite. Breakfast compared to other Days In in the U.S.A above expectation (More Items and fresh fruits).

Breakfast hours should be till 10:30 am Breakfast room is too small, for all the guest. People do not vacate and keep occupy the table if done with breakfast.

Close to airport.

Shuttle not able to do pick up later in evening, but I observed shuttles from other hotels doing pick up at that time.

The hotel is all we hoped for! It was immaculate and the bed was so comfortable! We left too early for breakfast but the 24 hour coffee that was available was delicious. Close to the airport! All staff were great!

It was perfect for our overnight stay before we had to catch our plane.

we wished for a choice in pillow firmness. They were all large and too firm. Please provide one thick and one thin.

It was close to the airport and had shuttle service. The price was good, the room was clean and comfortable. Quick check in.

It was close to bridgport station and the airport

Upon check in we found that we had to pay for a play pen for our baby which I thought to be weird as we've done countless stays at other hotels with him and no charge.

This hotel is perfectly fine if you have an overnight layover in Vancouver. Our room was fine. We had a comfortable sleep, breakfast starts early enough to make an early flight, but is very basic. The shuttle bus ran on time.

I think the hotel is over priced for what you get. The hotel, particularly the foyer could use some renovations.

Staff were friendly and the room was comfortable.

No complaints. Rate was high but that's par for the area.

Eigenlijk alleen de locatie dicht bij een metrostation en het vliegveld. Je loopt de straat uit naar het metrostation en bent binnen 20 minuten in downtown Vancouver. Dezelfde metro gaat ook in 10 minuten naar de airport (andere richting). Anders korte Uber rit vanaf het vliegveld.

Locatie in armoedig uitziende industriewijk, Tegenover autosloperij. Binnenkant van het hotel is gedateerd, Niet elke dag yoghurt bij het ontbijt. Geen restaurant in de buurt, tenzij je KFC en Starbucks een restaurant noemt. Wij hadden kamer met uitzicht op een autosloperij (405)

Breakfast was good

location although a little bit close to vacant lands, is very convenient with the Bridgeport skyline station behind, and a Chinese supermarket with all what you need for daily beauty maintenance. Their breakfast is basic But very good timing; hot water tea station available 24 hrs which is a plus for some raining days. They even offer free hotel to airport shattle service. All what you need.

Elevator slow and tight

Comfortable beds. Clean rooms. Decent breakfast but simple. It is everything it needs to be but nothing special. The value point could be better despite it being a bit cheaper than the competition. We would stay again, because we appreciate the functionality and don't spend enough time in airport hotels to miss the extras others may have.

The price point is not much less than the competition that are newer and higher end. Value could be better.

Handy shuttle service. Room very comfortable. Breakfast simple but adequate. Shower good, A good ex[perience after a long flight from Hong Kong.

Great staff - so friendly and helpful. Clean, quiet, comfortable room. Quick efficient shuttle to the airport. And a great location, just 4 minutes' walk from the Bridgeport Canada Line station.

Location is good. Near in some restaurant and shopping center.

The room is a bit old. The staff is not nice. I was asking if we could stay inside the room while waiting for our time in shuttle service. Thet said yes and they will check us out at 12pm and we can go down 10 mins before our shuttle service time but next day the staff are asking us to leave by 12pm. As we can not stay in the room. I have an autistic 4 years old son with me that is why im asking for an extended hours. I can.pay for it if that should be. The breakfast is just plain toast and plain scrambled egg.

Just a few things, dripping tap, "old" fixtures in the bathroom - needs a bit of a fix up. Also around the entrance coming from the parking - it's a bit messy and dirty.
