Great location for exploring Whistler, right in the centre of everything. Great view and very clean and well equipped room.
Quite expensive for the price and the size of the room. Was described as a studio but was a small double size room with a kitchenette squeezed in. Also is quite a noisy spot rooms are a bit outdated.

The layout of the lodge was amazing. We could view the mountains from our room. There were two heated pools available as well, which was much needed after a day of winter sports up in the mountains.
The staff were not very friendly when checking in and out. The two heated pools were also constantly packed with people, so it was difficult to enjoy them given the crowd.

The location is nice and very quiet. The amenities also seem to be good. The staff are friendly and responsive to issues.
The room was in need of some cleaning and repair work. There was mold in the shower as well as some dirty dishes. The carpet was stained and in need of replacement. The dining table was also in need of replacement as it was covered in a sticky resin. While the staff responded promptly to my concerns, they were not able to resolve all of the issues. I do think the repair/renovation work is needed before this is rented again. In addition, there is very little way to hang up clothing from a ski day - the room could use some hooks on the walls, to just give some drying options for clothing.

Location was excellent. Rooms were ok for what we needed.
We decided to stay an extra night. We weren't able to stay in the room we were in but the nice girl at reception booked us into another room and was very accommodating.
Pull out bed in the living room was damaged, wasn't a huge issue as we were only staying 2 nights but if we were staying longer it may of been.
Noisy bathroom fan that couldn't be turned off.

Hele goede prijs/kwaliteit verhouding in het hoogseizoen. Vriendelijk personeel en centraal gelegen. Appartement is ook voorzien van was- droogcombinatie. Parkeren kan je het beste op de openbare parkeerplaats Lot 4 of 5
Misschien is het een beetje gedateerd.

Bedroom very bright, no room darkening curtains- but there are some in the living room. Balcony door very heavy to open and close. Air conditioning very weak.

Staff friendly and efficient whilst still being efficient. Parking underground on site was a bonus even though our visit was in June.

Very good apartment hotel. Especially when you are in one of the recently renovated rooms. The pool is great and the apartments have everything you need for a relaxing time with your family. Dishwasher, washing machine and dryer, very good equipped kitchen.
The Cascade Lodge is located nearby the highway which allows you to go to your hiking tours easily by car and it is a 5 minutes walk to the centre of Whistler.

Sofabed was uncomfortable, the metal bars under the mattress made sleeping difficult. Strong smells in the fitness area.

Loved the pool. Five minutes walk to the centre of Whistler but slightly outside it which was great as it was lovely and peaceful. Very comfortable, good facilities, generously sized room, helpful staff, good value for money. Booked it last minute due to a change in travel plans and it surpassed my expectations.
Hard to fault it. Had to pay extra for parking but didn't really mind. No restaurant or bar facilities. On the plus side, this meant that the pool had a lovely relaxed family atmosphere all night.

Needs curtains in the bedroom. Just blinds made for a very bright wake up call in the morning.
Pull out couch was very uncomfortable for my daughter and her friend. Coils were felt and there wasn’t option for a mattress topper. Perhaps have them available

Прекрасные апартаменты с отдельной спальной комнатой.Есть все что нужно на кухне,стиралка.В гостинице есть очень приятный бассейн и джакузи,было здорово после дня треков туда плюхнуться.Маленький балкончик на 2 стула и вид чудесный.Хорошее постельное белье и полотенца.Обязательно вернемся!!!

Das Hotel liegt im Zentrum von Whistler und alle Geschäfte und Restaurants sind gut zu erreichen. Ansonsten ist Hotel deutlich in die Jahre gekommen und bräuchte dringend mal eine Renovierung.
Die Einrichtung der Apartments ist abgewohnt, das Ausklappsofa durchgelegen, der Kühlschrank brummt durchgehend. Es gibt keinerlei Restaurant, Bar, Kaminzimmer oder Aufenthaltsräume im Hotel, das ist wirklich sehr enttäuschend. Die Tiefgarage kostet jeden Tag 26 CAD.

Heel dicht bij het stadscentrum (wandelafstand). Eigen parking ondergronds. Ruime kamer, goede bedden. Zeer net, ondanks wat gedateerd interieur is alles aanwezig en in prima staat.
Grote tv maar niet smart (dus niet streamen) wat jammer was, want wifi is snel. Parking is duur (26CAD per 24u). Verduistering in de kamer kon beter. Vacaca spamt je heel de tijd met ongevraagde sms. Kamer bleek niet dezelfde als op de foto’s bij het boeken!!

Very well located, very clean and excellent amenities. The staff were friendly and helpful. I would recommend staying here.
The checkin time is 4pm, and checkout time is 10am, in my view this is a very large window.
I had requested for early checkin, and the front desk promised to send me a message when room got ready; she never sent the message 😒
There was a buzzing noise coming from the AC vent, each time the AC switched off … for about 20 seconds. This was quite disturbing to our sleep. Perhaps something to look into

El apartamento estaba bien . Amplio y con buen menaje , lavavajillas , lavadora- secadora en el mismo apartamento.
Éramos cuatro . Mis hijas de 16 y 19 años dormían en el sofá cama. No era cómodo .

Very polite and attentive at reception. At first we were sent to the wrong room (our code wouldn't a work). But eventually we got the correct room with an excellent view overlooking the pool and Whistler mountain!!
