Rooms are in terrible shape. Dirty and a lot of outside noise.

Nothing really. It was very unprofessional there, the girl at the front desk lost the key to the pool so nobody could even get into the pool when I went up to check on if she found it there was a sign that said “front desk temporarily close be back in ten minutes” I continued to wait finally realizing when I was looking around that I saw her smoking outside. So obviously her priorities were not the pool key, thankfully after waiting 10 minutes for the pool I told the kids to just hop the fence but when I was up at the desk it was 40 minutes after pool should have been opened. 40 minutes and yet her priorities were to have a smoke. Along with that the breakfast was not the best. Went to get some apple juice just to realize it was very much old. The kids put ketchup on their eggs and then proceeded to tell me it tasted spoiled as well. The AC in our room didn’t work. A guy came up to try to fix it, didn’t work the first time he said it was still going down and he would tell the front desk to call us in 10 minutes to check if it was working… never got the phone call. In all honesty, I think the hotel could be a success with some renovations. However, the biggest thing when it comes to hotels is experience especially with staff and I think with this situation they’d probably have to layoff most of their workers because they all seemed to just not care and be very unprofessional.

I basically put everything in what I did like… but most of all the customer service of the place. That was definitely the worst.

When I first walked in I was glad we booked the hotel. It was a nice surprise to see a restaurant. Close to the airport. We drove around back & got to our room right off the back parking, very convenient.

The room was dank and old. In much need of an update. It was difficult to navigate to the front desk to buy a $7 water & got lost getting back. The A/C went on and off with a bang which kept me up and we had a 3 am wake up to fly out.

This place was very comfortable. It was clean and smelled good.

I DID NOT LIKE THAT I HAD TO LEAVE A $160.00 DEPOSIT THIS WAS NOT TOLD WHEN I PLACED MY CREDIT CARD ON BOOKING.COM EVEN WITH PAYING WITH MY CREDIT CARD I STILL HAD TO GIVE $160.00 CASH DEPOSIT AND HAD TO COME BACK TO GET IT BECAUSE I CHECKED OUT AT 6AM AND WAS TOLD I COULDN'T RECEIVE MY CASH DEPOSIT BACK TILL LATER THAT DAY!!!!!!

Location and value but after this horrible stay I guess it’s safe to say you pay for what you get.

The hotel was dirty no pool towels at pool area staff rude and room was not clean properly I walked into bathroom to find used bath towels in shower area I knew then the room was half cleaned if any cleaning was done at all, the bed sheets had stains in them and paint was chipping off walls and mirrors had fingers prints walking into the room. Not to mention was charged for 2 rooms and only had 1.

I called a head to get into the room at noon and was told that would be fine. Get there and had to wait till 200 we only needed the room till 700 due to our flight being canceled and having to re book a different flight. And I had explained that to the person I had spoken with. So we paid 100.00 for a room for less then 5 hours. I worked 3rd shift the night before and had been up 20 hours at the point that I had rented the room that is why we wanted to be in the room at noon. So I could get a little bit of rest. We only stayed in the room for 4 hours.

We liked that there was a pool, the breakfast staff are always super nice to us.

The toilet clogged with nothing really in it, the tub would not drain, and the water would not get hot for a shower.

We had to pay 160 deposit in cash that we were not informed about before we made our reservation. And we couldn’t take our breakfast to our room we had to eat in the breakfast section my partner was still sleeping and we wanted to eat together I was going to bring his food with mine told I couldn’t do that, needless to say we did not eat breakfast here.
