Location was great for exploring the centre of Traverse City.

Bathroom was tiny. Also noticed after getting home and checking the invoice that the 'facility fee' is 8%. I presume this is the 'resort fee'. Apart from my annoyance at a separate fee for what you are paying to stay in a hotel for, that should be included into the room rate, when I checked on their website it currently states the facility fee is 5% so that needs to be updated as no doubt guests are all being charged 8% like us. At nearly 10% additional on the room charge it's something for others to be aware of.

Food, bar and service were good.

Fridge in the room made a loud noise every20-30 minutes. Heater fan in room very loud.

Expensive, outdated facilities. The shower is tricky you need a lot of muscles to pull out the shower knob. We cannot figure it out how to on the shower have to call the maintenance to do it because it is too old. LOL the price of our room for $450 seems not worth it better to get an Airbnb. But the receptionist was friendly and the staff did their job to accommodate us. If you have a pet that is additional $50. If you leave your pet and make a noise or get a complain you will pay additional $250.

Clean rooms! Comfortable! Easily accessible for my uncle Rich (he uses a walker!) and for my lil’ dog LD - he uses a leach! 😂 Mose

Smallest bathroom I’ve been in for a long time. I’ve had larger bathrooms on cruise ships.

Dirty, food on the bedside floor, unflushed toilet, breakfast quiche under baked, raw under crust staff made no effort to correct or remove from bill

Extremely small room and bathroom on pet floor. Black mold on bath tile. Flaking paint on tub.

Nothing. Dirty, no room service - period of any kind, no restaurant, air conditioner was malfunctioning. Called front desk about the air conditioner and they said a maintenance guy would call me in 30 minutes. They never called or came. The room had no toilet paper. Had to go to the front desk in front of other customers and ask for toilet paper. The only choice for food or drinks was the vending machine, that was half empty, on the second floor. Terrible experience until I checked out got out of this place. $330 for one night was a complete RIP OFF. Btw Park Place, fix the ice machines on floors 6 and 5.
