The front desk person helped tremendously with my booking error. As always location and service cannot be beat.

Beds were super comfortable, staff were friendly and helpful. They were very accommodating, which I appreciated as we needed an earlier check in.

Considering there is planes flying over about every half hour, you would never know. Also, there are lots of places to eat close to the hotel, and at the hotel there is a restaurant inside, check out is noon so you have plenty of time to relax and eat before leaving.

The bathtub has speckled bottoms which isn’t overly comfortable to bath in. Price for parking is a tad much

Bathroom wasn’t clean. facility was poor. coffee machine was old and dirty. I won’t choose this hotel again for my future visit to Toronto

the front desk was slow and not efficient

Location was excellent. Front desk during check in, lady efficient and delightful. Wish the following day man was the following morning, seemed annoyed to be disturbed with questions about billing and breakfast.

Parking lot was a mess full of potholes, my car was damaged by another driver...did not notice until I got home My breakfast was not included as per my reservation that clearly indicated it was, when inquiring with front desk, unhelpful with my request and told me to deal with booking.com regarding my reservation!!!! Taxes were included in my online reservation, my final invoice shows ++ taxes.. again unhelpful front desk with issues for invoicing. Cleaning staff in the mornings.. 8 am, across the hall LOUD!!!! so much for sleeping and prepping for my business meeting.
