The breakfast was very good… pancakes, bacon, two choices of sausage, plus muffins, toasts, yogurt, cereals, hard boiled eggs… the room I booked did not indicate it had a microwave or fridge in the room (other higher priced rooms did), yet when I arrived, the room did indeed have a microwave and fridge! The hotel does not state it has a washer and dryer for guests to use on site (laundromats are close by) but I discovered when I got there, there is indeed a guest washer and dryer to use!! ($2.00 per load… wash and dry…) room was clean and adequately appointed, with hair drier, iron, ironing board, suitcase rack, toiletries, and coffee/tea maker and supplies. Air conditioner worked well!!
A newer tv would be nice… I like to use my streaming services to watch movies in the evenings… a Netflix capable tv, or a tv I can cast to from my device would be a nice added touch… but this is a minuscule “complaint”… just would be a nice added touch to consider at some point if upgrading ever!! Also, no pool… again, not a big deal, but we do have fun swimming in the evenings… this hotel does not have a pool… we were aware of that though, prior to booking and still decided to book this hotel, so that was a choice we made, to stay at a hotel without a pool… we still had a great time though and kept busy, so may not have even had a chance to utilize a pool, had there been one!! 😀

The eggs were like english muffins style. They were not scrambled eggs.
The room ran out of tissues. The exterior sliding door could not be locked.

We so appreciated the fact that we were able to check in early at 1pm, instead of 3pm. We wanted to thank them very much for that .
Old furniture, it just needs to be painted. Furniture can be recycled you don't always need to buy new.

conveniently located, clean, good breakfast, comfortable bed/pillows, great shower and a mini fridge was nice to have. The Pizza Factory restaurant is steps away and is a must do!

we really enjoyed the full breakfast
we got injured from our bed, that we had to but ice on the leg, there was metal bars sticking out on the side of bed and it wasn't fixed the second day, so we left hotel and expected a full refund for the stay. yes, i wish we taken pictures of the bed and room

Was close to everything we needed..within walking distance as well.
The only complaint I have is when I booked the room I asked for lower level because I have a bad hip..and we were charged extra for that request...I just feel a bad hip should not have cost us extra...kinda taken advantage of the situation I feel.

I didn't appreciate that they wouldn't let me stay unless I had a credit card when I wanted a full refund they refused and then contacted the police.
This hotel was blaming you guys bookings.com that you didn't notify me that I needed a credit card.
This does not make sense considering I was even willing to give up to a $5000 cash deposit they refused so in reality it was the worst trip I've ever had to take I traveled 4 and a 1/2 hours to almost be arrested.
If anyone would like to contact me I have no problem to give a full statement but I will not do anything 2 bookings.com anymore I will not do anything through bookings I will not give any kind of ratings your app sucks does not notify me on anything that I needed to know and I had family with me that's why I rented 2 rooms.
So imagine having 4 other people with you you almost get arrested because police show up when you're going out to have fun at a fun raising event.
