Absolutely wonderful cabin room overlooking the lake. The food at the main lodge either in the lounge or restaurant was excellent. Restaurant staff were very good as were the cleaning and transport staff (from the car park). The scenery here is just outstanding. The walk around the lake and the local trails should not be missed.

It would have been helpful for lodge staff to be aware that the lake trail was closed one day due to a grizzly at the end of the lake. The service at Cilantro on the Lake was slow and poor. It is a beautiful spot.

Aucun réseau ni wifi dans la chambre (seulement dans le haul, qui peut être à plusieurs minutes à pied si vous êtes excentré). Parking loin des chambres (besoin de prendre le bus de l'hôtel). Chambres très isolées, sans le minimum pour se nourrir (bouilloire, micro-ondes, nécessaire de vaisselles).

Parfait petit chalet avec cheminée à bois très confortable. Le petit déjeuner incroyable. La balade au nord du lac très sympa. Le personnel

Le parking un peu excentré, donc on peut attendre la navette.

All good except for the patio door, which got opened when there was heavy wind.

Oh wow! This place is something special. We had a lovely view of the lake from our balcony and the location was so peaceful and serene particularly in the evening. I dare say its as beautiful or more so than some of the more famous lakes but with far fewer tourists. We dinned in the restaurant and made use of the bar and firepit area (they sell smores if you want the real north american experience with a touch of glam!). A great spot for star gazing. We also swam in the lake in the evening, cold but a fantastic experience when you've got a log fire in the room to warm up! Concierege carparking also meant that the resort itself was car free which was lovely

Unfortunatly booking.com and the hotel did not communicate with each other and after much heated debate on check out, the property double charged my card. Which put a bit of a downer on what was otherwise an excellent experience. Never had this problem before, but i might book this place direct next time to save myself the hassel!

The view of the lake was amazing! The staff was fantastic and the room was clean. We were in the farthest cabin from the lodge and that really made it a quiet experience.

I didn’t mind not having a tv in the room, but some Wi-Fi would have been nice. And when you say no outside food I thought there would be a bigger selection of choices given how much effort would be involved in going somewhere else to eat.
