The room was good and so was the bed.

Why do they not have comfort height toilets? With any kind of disability the toilet was practically on the floor and miserable to use! The shower was nice size and a great shower and water pressure! However being slippery and having any type of disability there were NO SAFETY HANDLES IN CASE OF FALL! Also at the breakfast room the chairs really sucked! They are so very low and uncomfortable, with any type of disability they are almost impossible to climb out of! Every day I had to have the room card reset, could never enter the side doors the cards (both) never worked, being disabled that was a lot of hassle!

Nice brand new hotel. Clean and well maintained

There was barely any hot water. Just enough to say it's not cold. Very noisy hallways and door keep making noise every time someone walked by as if they were trying to open the door. Kept me awake and woken me up a couple of times. Waffle machine was defective. Was expecting more variety on breakfast.

the staff were very friendly, the hotel was clean quiet and very central to many of the things Quebec City has to offer the fridge and microwave in the room a definite plus .
