Beds were great and excellent shower my wife said best she’s ever had.

That room was probably the smallest room ever stayed in!.... This is a (2) person room, not for (4) people, even though there were (2) beds in room. And also was described as 'breakfast included' when making reservation... come to find out when chking in, that yes, 'breakfast is included',...- But at a price, and not a little price either, a steep price. And need to do reservations no less. Sorry not falling for that bait/switch trick. We were going to spend 3 nites total here, but after arriving around 9pm the first nite, no way spending any more and chked out next AM. There is nothing aristocrat here, very narrow hallways, plain battleship grey paint schemes, just a name only. It's like calling a crappy Chevy Cavalier car a Toyota Supra. But it's still a Cavalier, a car no-one cares about.

I found a clean bedroom. A comfortable bed. A nice bathroom. A very exclusive restaurant with dishes that were very tasty. The location was perfect. It was very close to the place I was going to work on the next day. I could walk to my place of work.

The room felt very small. Because it had very big bed and very big furniture. I like more spacious places. I didn't have a desk to work. So, next time I have to book in a place that has a desk for me to work.

The bed and room fine. Glad we opted for a balcony and thankful for the assistant who suggested it for 10 dollars more per night.

Stairs and hallways dark. It was 35 Celsius and couldn’t use the pool.

The place is really in good area in the city--> 5 mins walk from the Quebec aquarium. About 15 mind drive from the old city. Cozy and comfortable room. Very comfortable beds and sofas.

1. Parking lots in front view.We came very late and wanted to sleep till breakfast,however once ppl started to get out in early morning, due to noises it was impossible to sleep. 2. Bath isolation should be improved, it became very noisy( water flow) once someone of our rooms neighbors got a shower in a middle of the night. 3. Service in breakfast was very unplesant and not professional , will never back to eat breakfast in this hotel. For example: Waited for 10 mins for coffe or asked waiter for ingridients in the meal and he did not know about them. Even though we bough our meal breakfasts in advance, we have been charged, it took time to waiter found our vouchers and re set up the payment again. The meal itself was very tasty though.

we chose this property for their breakfast included yet even with 2 breakfast ticket the restaurant waitress was not really helpful! i took a $5 toasts & fresh fruits rather than the breakfast options which weee $13+ and they charged me $10. i find this type of service really disappointing from such establishment
