Pagar por parking, TV no funcionaba, desayuno muy regular

It is in such a convenient location. There is so much to do with the whole family and the staff was nothing short of amazing!!

Parking was a little expensive, there is a private parking lot in the back but you have to pay through a mobile parking app that’s almost $40 a night

The Staff were amazing, so welcoming, and always happy to help. The facilities were always clean and loved that we had a kitchen in our suite so we had the option to cook meals at the hotel when we wanted. It also wasn't too far to walk or Uber to some of the restaurants and stores in the area, I even saw they were building a new Publix (Grocery Store) only 5 min walk from the Hotel.

I didn't like that they didn't refund the $150 bond I paid on the room when I checked in. Also, a better variety of hot breakfast choices would be a bonus, and PLEASE always have pork gravy on the menu!.

It was close to everything we wanted to visit.

The staff is untrained and could not answer any questions. They charged bank card multiple times and couldn’t find to what room they applied the charges to

Furniture worn out. Carpet smells bad and needs replaced Bed is sunken needs replaced

The location, the actual facility and the cleanliness!

One of the elevators was very smelly!!

The front desk staff was great. The room was comfortable. The parking was close by and easy.

Breakfast was very clean, food was tasteful n good…
