Modern, clean, great location…. Great staff, coffe in lobby until 11 am, Denny’s attached, plus Shark’s lounge, good location to Sutherland Sock car track

I like the idea that I have a comfortable chair in the room.

The price was verv reasonable. The staff were amazing. We waited a very short period of time at chech in, and they upgraded us to a suite to compensate us. We have waited longer at other hotels, and they have never done anything to compensate us. The rooms are rooms are large and newly renovated. Had all we needed and more.

Comfortable bed

Extra blanket was made out of foam not comfortable. Noisy location.

At check in we were told they did not have any room for us (We booked 3 months in advance). I asked to see the manager and the front clerk lied to me saying she wasn't there. I asked for the phone number and proceeded to lie again by saying it did not have it (everyone has their manager phone number). I left and when I came back, the manager walked out of her office that was right behind him. They suddenly had a room for us. We booked for 2 queens and they gave us the smallest room with the smallest beds there were. Those beds were doubles, not queens. Anyways, they tried to apologize giving us a bag of vendor machine items that don't sell. We saw the effort but it did not make up for the ordeal we went through and the money we paid for that kind of room.

the room was very clean and comfortable. The staff were great. The hotel was full and we thought oh its going to be noisy but it was not. We also tried Denny's next door for breakfast, food and service was very good.

Great location great price. Rooms were a nice size.

Rooms weren't that clean. Looked like the carpet had never been vacuumed. There was something splattered on the walls, our coffee machine was broken and under the pullout couch it was so dirty.

Room was clean. Quiet environment. Comfortable bed.

Pool was too small/ too many people in it. Never got decaf coffee when I asked for it. Lady said they didn’t offer it. Parking lot was full of ice and uneven ground. Hard to walk with bags in your hand.

The staff went over and above, they do not have microwaves in the rooms but when my daughter asked about getting one the front desk agent said they don't have any, his partner went above and beyond bringing us the staff microwave

Beds were comfortable

Hot tub jets didn't work. Perfume smell walking in room is too strong. Room 141
