The property was a little tricky to access when you don’t know where you’re going. The parking lot is super tiny but they have underground parking. Spaces are pretty tight. Lots of amenities close by.

Front staff are nice.

Linens are soiled. Pillow cases smelled bad. Booked for 4 people but towels and coffees are good for 2 people only. Ask for room service on our 3rd day but nobody come, rooms are still dirty and soiled towels are still on the floor. Our room keys didnt work. Coffee maker are broken.

The suit was well equipped and the staff was friendly and helpful

Maybe a little more cleaning products and sponges in the suit.

Musty smell in hallways. Flushing the toilet was very loud.

Nothing. The rooms were outdated and old. one of the worst properties I have stayed at in Vancouver BC. A word of caution for all the travelers who intend to stay here is to read the fine print and do your research regarding the amenities and facilities offered at this property. As a lot of stuff that is mentioned on is NOT offered at this location. We are very disappointed with this stay. I feel we wasted a lot of money by staying at this property.

The property is old and has outdated rooms, bathrooms are very small and old. The beds are worn out and old. The mattress are worn out and extremely uncomfortable. The bathroom sinks clog up. There is no proper / sit down breakfast offered at this location. They only have coffee and to go muffins and the coffee is cold. It’s not even hot.

I liked that it felt like a apartment

Didn't like that you had to request house keeping because if you don't request they won't clean the rooms or supply toilet paper and coffee, on the, website it does say daily house keeping
