Breakfast was good Room was great comfortable n very clean Except for a few slamming doors it was quiet

Everytime we went outside we could smell Marijuana smoke

staff was great but couldn’t get anyone to tell me why we didn’t have hot water but for 2 mins then cold!! No one could really answer or come to tell me why!

The area not much to do. Kinda boring area. Property clean.

My room was clean, sheets were clean, But the bathroom had a horrible smell, my towel weren’t clean, they were nicely folded but wet and dirty. Lol unbelievable. But the rest was good.

There was NO information on line that the pool was not opened. We VERY VERY VERY much wanted a pool & would have gone elsewhere if we knew. I didn't get angry with the desk person who was nice but I'm still very disappointed AND THEN a stay cats followed us to our car & bit my son when we tried to keep it from getting into our car. It wasn't aggressive & we tried to get it help getting animal control. Only reason I mention this as part of the hotel until is bc the cat WAS IN the hotel & we got it out & after EVERYTHING followed us in again. My son will be going to an emergency room for a rabies shot

Parking,my vehicle got broken into, window broken at night, Saturday night after 11pm, poor lighting,no security cameras, security, hotel undergoing renovation, carpet needs replacing in corridors,😝

Rooms were clean and larger than expected. Staff was extremely helpful and nice.

The pool area was closed. But it was too cold to swim anyways.

The beds and pillows were comfortable, there were no odors in the rooms and the air conditioning worked properly. The breakfast was also good.

There was a lot of construction going on which is understandable but the smell of paint on the first floor was very strong on arrival. we also only had 1 trash can in our room. We had to move it to the bathroom from out in the bedroom area. it would be nice to have 2 in each room. There also needs to be some sort of room darkening shade or curtain on the windows. It was hard to sleep with so much light coming in the room when the sun came up.

The breakfast was good and adequate.

The hotel was being renovated and I was not told this before I booked. I had to endure three room changes before one was found that was livable. The first room door would not lock, the second one smelled like the toilet was sitting on the bed, the third bathroom door would not fully shut.

Friendly staff, convenient location.

They were remodeling. Had the website made this notification or showed such. I would not have gone. I expected the pool to be open (most pools are heated these days).
