It was perfect. Even though I came during night time,they still had the keys waiting for me.

It's close to airport but it's quiet. It's close to seaside. To Burgas it's 8min with car. There is market downstairs, bakery and restaurant. The room was big enough for 2 people. It had microwave, 2 electronic stove burners, electric kettle. The bed big, rather hard mattres. Everything is clean and fresh. The owner very nice amd helpful, respond quickly for messages.

Shower curtain was to small, so water was splashing the bathroom.

The apartment is located in a beautiful building in the center of the district. 400m to the sea along the street with shops and restaurants for any price and taste. Nearby is a bakery with delicious pastries. at the apartment are everything you need.

The place was amazing, the host is polite, tolerant and patient. location is great and conditions were just what we were expecting. lovely place to stay and spend some time near the sea

Location was great and very clean. Landlady very helpful and quick to respond any needs.

Within easy walking distance from the airport and only a short walk from the beach. A good, friendly and well stocked supermarket just next door. The studio itself basic but clean, light and airy plus a small balcony and airer for drying essential washing. Good value. The owners and cleaner were friendly and helpful.

The mattress although comfortable was sagging in places and had noisy springs however, it was clean and just needs upgrading.

An excellent location and a nice appartment

Everything was perfect

Good location. Basic room ,clean, value for money, would return, supermarket in building and cash machine

The Host a nice person, the place is quite nice and at the surrounded by good restaurants and you can take the bus in front of the apartment to the City center. (make sure to have cash)

Wifi mostly did not work, air-conditioning is very loud and doesn't really make the room Hot. as per my experience in may the apartment was cold at that time and the air-conditioning did not help at all.

Top price, very nice host who speaks Bulgarian, English, and Russian. The location is great - I can see sea from the apartment and it takes around 3-5 mins to get to the beach.

No sound proof - I could hear when neighbour got back late at night.

Nice big studio (for the price you pay) with everything you need . It was good to have a kitchen, a sofa to watch telly, a separate table to eat and a terrace to take some fresh air.

The communication between host and guest could be better. I only found the key for the accommodation when I asked for some general info in the night shop. By coincidence the key was there as well, but this was not communicated. It's nice to have a small kitchen where you can cook your own stuff, but the kitchenware really needs to be updated and expanded. They talk about sea sight, but you need really a lot of creativity if you want to see it. In front of the balcony there is a big construction site and no sea at all. Also the parking space on the street (I couldn't book a parking as announced in the description) as advertised is hard to find. I parked my car at a hotel next door (which will not be allowed in high season). so there is lots of improvement that can be done to this apartment.

Complex telephone instructions regarding keys and parking. Never met host. Forgot to provide towels. Had to wait until Day2. Unacceptable. Bed sheets too small for bed. Covers need replacing. No bedside lights. No toaster or microwave. Apartment needs refreshing.

Our stay at Sunny Sands was just so perfect , I will recommend them to anyone visiting Sarafovo. Its location it's so ideal its closed to all amenities shops, restaurants, pharmacy and even bus 15 from the airport it's opposite the apartment
