Very loud, one could hear everyone in the corridor as well as outside. Whenever there is a loud group staying, it could steal your all night sleep.

TV in bathroom, front desk staff was very good and beds were comfy! Excellent big TV in room too.

Convenient on the Trans Can, reasonably priced, staff were all charming.

The room we were given smelled of stale cigarette smoke. It seemed to be well ingrained into carpets, furniture, walls, etc. We were able to mitigate this by opening the windows so that we could stick out 1 night in the room (moving rooms was too much hassle). Another disappointment was the the Mexican Cantina was not operating. We were planning to eat Mexican but only the traditional grill menu was available at the restaurant.

Exceptionally friendly and helpful staff right from check in ti check out. Equally friendly and competent staff at the adjoining restaurant. Great location right off the highway with easy parking. Nice to have a fitness centre and pool. Room was clean.

The air throughout the entire building, lobby, hallway, room, was stuffy and stale smelling. Even opening our room window did not help. Microwave did not work. Every place I’ve stayed in for past years has provided at least complimentary tea and coffee if not breakfast. There was neither.

There was a pungent odour on the main floor (which is where my room was). Smelled like cigarettes mixed with chlorine from the pool. The bathtub had mold around the edges and it didn’t feel particularly clean because of it.

Staff were very pleasant and helpful.

Not a 4 star as rated. Room had musky smell. Curtains falling of rail. Not enough blankets. Room very cold. Too expensive for quality. Will try a different hotel next time.
