Good budget option for a short stay close to airport. Shuttle was free and on time. Room was clean, secure, and comfortable. Staff was friendly. Left too early for the breakfast.

Not a place I would stay other than for proximity to airport. Not in a tourist area, just a busy road of businesses and small restaurants.

Shuttle service to/from SFO and continental breakfast were both excellent values.

I booked because Booking com listed Airport shuttle. After booking the nonferundable room I learned the shuttle hours are limited. It would be nice to have these hours listed on this reservation site.

Free breakfast leaves much to be desired. Apart from a bowl of apples and packets of oatmeal, it consisted entirely of prepackaged processed sugary food. In addition the only coffee on offer was Nescafé. It would be so easy for them to do better.

The airport shutter bus. Lots of restaurants near by. Not noisy, even the hotel is on a very noisy street.

The airport shuttle didn't come even when we put are names down for the 5pm, which nearly caused us to miss our flight.

Convenient to the airport. Lovely lady at reception who happily gave us advice & change for the bus. She was outstanding.

A kettle in the room with some tea bags would have been nice. The shower wasn’t good.

For a continental breakfast is was excellent. They had a good variety and kept it stocked.

The shuttle service is unavailable in the late morning early afternoon hours so we had to get another way to the airport for our flight.

The shuttle was 50 minutes late. We were told it was every hour and we're there 15 minutes before scheduled time. Called hotel and were told it had been there but would come back. Person on phone very unfriendly. When checked in the key we were given didn't work. People next door very noisy. Won't recommend.
