Nothing to eat or drink and vending machine not working. Room had cigarettes buts left around

I liked the decor. In the room..

I did not like for these few reasons... When I was booking I had a choice of which room I wanted and I specifically asked for a smoking room which was more money than the non-smoking room. When I got there they told me that i booked a non smoking rm .. and then I sent a guest of mine. A friend who stopped over to go get some fresh towels and the guy at the front desk went off on him and threatened to call the police and everything else. It was just ridiculous uncalled for and unprofessional... I've never had a place bite someone's head off for and threaten to call the cops for asking for a fresh towel... But if you'd like to get treated this way. Hey this is your place to come!!

room was neat and clean, and didn't look worn out. great value for budget travelers.

Good Clean Room. Comfy. Good place to stay. Room had heat and fridge. No problems at all. I'll stay again if I'm in Albany area.

Breakfast was not enough just some bananas oranges few donuts and toast. They definitely need to improve their breakfast. Also I felt price was bit high. Other than that everything was good.

Friendly lady on the front counter. good cause for money. it had everything I needed for one night.

The room was really hot at night. I was there start of October.

good location if you just pass by nd don;t visit Albany - close the the higway and restaurants

our room had a window coming out on a staircase - no natural light and somone was constatly smoking pot - the smell was really bed.

The location is near the highways and restaurants.

The rooms smelled like marijuana & cigarette smoke. The towels had large visible dirt stains, and the sheets were dingy. When I took them to the front desk, all the manager said was she was sorry. It's hard to find good employees nowadays—also, the tub filled with water every time we took a shower.

Location was good ...just off the highway, with plenty of places to gas up, and to grab a quick bite to eat.

Room was very dusty. Bathroom needed to be cleaned. Door was in need of a good wash down. Stains on bedding was undesirable. The coffee pot in room had a frayed cord that was taped over. VERY UNSAFE. Door lock was difficult to use. Very hard to unlatch. It appeared to be "rusted in place". Front desk clerk was pleasant but not very professional. Clean clothes and a shave go a long way.

Need to improve breakfast quality.

The place is pretty ordinary but ok considering price of hotels in albany

they have parking for the truck
