Spacious rooms

Not very clean bathroom, cockroaches at the breakfast buffet area

I was sooooo appreciative of the front desk staff when we arrived. We arrived under a stressful situation and the manager at the front desk was soo good to us and instantly made me relax. Her kindness and hospitality was just what I needed!

We had two people staying in the room and were only given 3 towels for our entire stay! and one small shampoo and conditioner. I could have called to ask for more but with our busy schedule it was more of an inconvenience

Pool closed

The pool was not working. We were told when we checked in. The elevator floor looked as if it had not been vacuumed in weeks. The first room had standing water in the tub. The person at the front desk did give us a new room, as he stated that there was no maintenance on the property for the night. The next morning during checkout, we saw a staff member escorting the police to a room. This is something we are not used to when staying at a Hilton property. The staff was very nice. However, we cancelled our 2nd night of stay as this property was unacceptable.

The breakfast was good, but there were no waffle machines and the pancakes were dry.

The pool wasn't working and the jacuzzi was covered in cement. When booking this hotel , there was no notification of these facilities not being available.

beautiful appeal, very clean, and friendly staff.

wasn’t informed of the $50 incidental fee so was complicating when checking in since I travel with cash only.

the location was great! close to lots of amenities and the Schaumburg convention center!

wish they had a fan in the gym
