There was no breakfast included, but there was breakfast available in the main lobby/bar area that was great and not too expensive. Our room was very comfortable. The location was nice, in a business park area with plenty of restaurants within walking distance. The staff were very professional but also very friendly.

The room was spotless! I travel alot across the US it was so nice to sleep in bedding that actually smelled like it had been just washed. Rooms were quiet. The staff was super helpful, friendly and attentive. Location was 15 miles from Fifth Third Arena. The price was fantastic. Will keep this in our hockey book !

Location was outstanding, centrally located to major transportation routes such as I-88, I-355, US-83, Cermak Rd and Wolf Rd. Hotel is very close to Oak Brook are with many restaurants and shopping choices. The room and common areas were clean and well maintained. On-site parking was convenient. We did not take advantage of the complimentary breakfast but we appreciated the complimentary coffee each morning.
Some guests may like it but we did not care for the scented air being pumped into the lobby.

Despite getting a booking confirmation AND calling during the day to CONFIRM the confirmation AGAIN...when we arrived at the hotel, the staff seemed disinterested and told us that they were overbooked and didn't have any rooms available. Not sure how you can overbook a hotel, as if a room is booked, you can't book it again. She finally said she found us a room, but seemed fairly disinterested the whole time, and didn't seem to give us any sort of feedback.
