I liked the price and that the food court was operational
The towel bar was missing from the wall.
It took a very long time for the water to run hot.

Quiet area/ nice shower with hot water/that's about it /
Not even complimentary coffee, very small lounge area /very thin cheap pillow and thin blanket ,cheap thin washcloth and shower towel, thin hard and uncomfortable mattress big enough for skinny people only. Poor lighting. I feel sorry for students staying there

Value for money but not without some extra effort.
This is my third stay and I was prepared. I bring my own bedding and a foam topper. Tiny ants had invaded the bathroom sink and I had to flood them out for two days. They also came out of the receptacle.
The room walls were gross around the bed. Literally looked like the prior occupant had picked his nose and wiped it on the wall above his bed for months. It needed to be cleaned and repainted but has not been done.
I will stay again because it’s the best price point I can find by far. I will further prepare myself for these kinds of issues. Bring some tape and paper to mask around the bed so my pillow doesn’t have to touch a dirty wall and I would have also taped off the electrical receptacle to block the ants.
I think the ants problem is resolved but was caused by perhaps draining food stuff down the bathroom sink without proper drainage.
Also the property now charges $8 per night for parking which they did not before.

We chose this College for his price and the location (close to Gananoque but on the way to Toronto). We chose it for the value so we didn't expect anything more than what it is: a basic accommodation for one night. The check-in was smooth and the students (i guess) at "reception" were nice and quick, the room itself is very essential but we were surprised to have a private bathroom in the double room!
The bed sheets has spots on them and the beds were very uncomfortable; the correct building is not at all easy to find but since it's not their primary activity it's probably ok.

This is my favorite accommodation for summer stays in Kingston. Not open when students move in. It is quite basic, but all necessary servicers are available, rooms and the property clean and well maintained. Conveniently located just across from the Ontario park. Staff is welcoming and helpful.
Parking used to be free, now it is paid either on a daily or weekly basis.
Bike theft is a big issue. we chained one to the bike rack outside and it was gone overnight. It sound like the property is aware, but no action has been taken.

The pictures in bookings show 1 bed beside other. The room is a student's room and the bed was separated by the washroom. The look is like an hospital. The walls was dirty.

It takes Some time to reach old Kingston town (5km away). And my toilet had trouble flusing.

The WiFi was excellent, the staff were friendly.
The price is really good and it’s fairly close to the city so it’s good value for money.
Took ages to get hot water flowing in the shower and even then it wasn’t really hot, just lukewarm
Not great for couples as the rooms are student dorms so have single beds and they are in their separate alcoves. Good for friends or colleagues tho cause you get lots of privacy for yourself

Great place for the price. Liked the fact it was just a bit outside the centre of town so we got to walk a few beautiful neighborhoods.

Easy check-in and check-out. Close to Queen’s university.
Around 3am there was a long and loud argument in the room next to mine which woke me up and was unable to go back to sleep. Ended up not getting enough sleep.

The property is conveniently located just a 10 min walk from Portsmouth Harbour. Rooms are clean, staff was friendly and accommodating. There is a fridge and countertop in each room. I understand one can bring either a small portable stove or a microwave to cook, but we did not. Plenty of free parking in front.
I'd like to know in advance that guests can use their own appliances for cooking. Also, if guests stay several days, they need to take care of the garbage (outside the building)

The staff were friendly and helpful. The location is quiet with lots of green space. Lake Ontario Park is just across the street and it's easy to catch a bus to go downtown. The room had a large window, good wifi access, and was bright and clean.
The bed was uncomfortable. It sagged in places.

Let's face it, it's not the Taj Mahal, for $75 it serves the purpose. We had alot to do during the day and wanted a cheap but clean place to sleep. This place filled the bill. We knew there were no bells and whistles. $75 bucks as apposed to$285 . No breakfast included, no problem l can buy breakfast for less than $210.

Cleanliness. Exceptional staff and very accommodating. Air conditioning, WiFi. Large fridge for food. Beautiful grounds.
A small smoking area would be nice for us diehard smokers. Had to go out to road to smoke.

It's a dorm... What you'd expect. Perfect for a place to lay down your head and shower, and the wifi worked very well. If you're not looking for anything fancy, a place to sleep and shower, it's perfect, it's all you need. It's clean. Comfortable enough.
The staff were helpful and nice.
The Location is very good too, not far from downtown and the sites.

All of the key points are rated above. Awesome St Lawrence College 4th year student receptionist with a welcoming smile. The great price gives me a superb location across from Lake Ontario Park so I could do some kayaking. Plus the bed was so comfy and I could open a window for fresh air. Kingson Cathedral is only about 10 minutes away.

- stuff was very lazy to check in it takes 45 min!
- the price is too much for this place and it's not worthy
- I booked 5 rooms and I just wanted to cancel 1 room, in site they mentioned it is not refundable but when I get there and asked stuff she told me it was refundable if you ask 24h before!!
- the breakfast was ridicules, just a cup of coffee, a fruit, a yogurt, and a small piece of cake and there was no more option even with pay! we had to go to restaurant for eat a real breakfast!
