We came, we were tired, we slept after the Oilers game un til checkout. We did not use the eating are or pool. The room was very clean and the bed was awesome for our aging bones. Thank you very much.

Nothing, everything was awesome.

We stayed in the family suite. Had two king beds and a pullout couch. Lots of room for everyone. The hotel was clean, and the staff was fantastic at keeping everything that way. The breakfast was very good. Staff kept bringing out fresh food. The pool was great for younger kids because it wasn’t deep.

Great Location, Breakfast was good, and Hotel was clean.

The following day the housekeeper was pushing you out the door being loud and disturbing early in the morning and talking n yelling at Co-workers down the hallway. Then walking into my room, well, I was in the shower was unacceptable. I wouldn't recommend this place.

Good breakfast. Upgraded or room. Pool was great for the kids.

Pot smell so horrible and yet when walk in to hotel says fresh air and no smoking allowed but yet marijuana was allowed? It smelled horrible in lobby and halls . Hugely dissatisfied.

Clean, large rooms with good amenities. Didn't use the pool.

We ate an hour close to end of service. Hot food ran out and it took quite a while for it to be filled again.

the hotel appeared rundown.. they didn’t up keep the guest towels in the pool. the hotel had rust stains in the bath tub, there was a hole in the wall of the room, we requested a playpen which we had to ask multiple times for, the tv remote didn’t work so we had to call down to get it replaced.

breakfast was good. I liked that our room had a king and queen bed.

The rooms are not very sound proof. You can hear other guests talking in their rooms and it is extremely loud at all hours of the night. The rooms and pool area are not the cleanest. The parking lot is tight when it gets full.

There were not very many towels in the pool area, granted there were a ton of people there. Also our tub in our room had a hole in it .

The location is good. Breakfast is good. The beds are very comfy. Rooms are very spacious.

Front entrance was dirty,very off-putting when first pulled up,smoke butts and garbage everywhere where.

housekeeping does not come each day, garbage and used towels due to no cleaners. absolutely gross

indigenous themed breakfast included pool and hot tub clean friendly

thin walls. people in room next to us were very loud and up till 4 am.
