when we called the staff to confirm they are aware there is stains all over the carpet and also pee stains on the bathroom door we also mentioned how one of the bedsheets on one bed were full of hair and stains, same as the pillow cases. When we asked for new sheets they said the cleaner changed then and they were clean but it was pretty disgusting. The room smelled pretty bad as well the moment we walked in that was the first thing we noticed.

we know it is an old property but still all were in good service/condition. worth the money. Enjoyed the good shower - good flow and hot water.

Location, staff, room, and service

The rooms all open to the outside walkways. The front outside stairs to the second level are dangerous. One riser, just before the mid-stair landing, is 1 1/2" higher than the others. It's a trip hazard for a stair-climber's even gait. My wife tripped and badly bruised her lower leg. The hotel knows of this hazard. A 'Trip Advisor' reviewer in Sep. 2021 noted it. The hotel put 'Watch your step' signs up, but its a real safety hazard. Someday a guest will fall down the bottom half of the stairs and very badly injure themselves. It's needs recitifying.

no breakfast was included. because of location we thought it would be noisy but it wasnt and we enjoyed our stay.
