It has plumbing issues so it smelled like sewer After fixing it I had told front desk what could they do for me for the inconvenience and they said nothing because I got the room with booking.com. Also they never came from the 3 day stay to clean my room, I had to take out the trash just so they could take it even though I ask to get my room clean. Booking needs to do a better job on making sure all services are met with the hotels they work with

Die Fotos entsprechen absolut nicht der Realität, die Ausstattung ist total in die Jahre gekommen. Das Frühstück mag für Amerikaner ok sein, für Europäer absolutes Minimum. Am 2. Tag haben wir nach dem Roomservice keine frischen Handtücher bekommen und die benutzen wurden mitgenommen, also hatten wir GAR KEINE. Nach 4x nachfragen (Anruf, Besuch an der Rezeption) wurden wir immer noch vertröstet „Wir bringen sofort Handtücher“. Die neuen Handtücher kamen nach Stunden!!!! Ich kann dieses Hotel wirklich niemandem empfehlen, wir hätten um 50$ mehr im Paris Hotel direkt am Strip schlafen können….

First room given had sewer smell and ac panel fell off.. were moved to second room and that also had sink and bath tub backing up.

Breakfast

The pool was on maintenance exactly the length of our stay. Was really looking for ard to it for our son. It was just unfortunate. I just hope the maintenance was done before the holiday week.

The location is ok, the hotel is quiet and generally clean. There is a nice calm open space to stay during, very good for someone to work from the hotel. The gym is there. Not too big but useful.

The room we took was claimed to have a place for 3 people, that was the main reason we've selected the place. When we arrived, we found out that the sofa for the 3rd person was completely unusable, it was impossible to sleep on it. We asked to upgrade to a better room and were ready to pay, but the staff explained all rooms are exactly the same. We had to purchase another room for one of us. no refund was offered , so we double paid for the first room, and had to pay for another one. The breakfast was very low level. no fresh vegetables, almost no fruits. every day same, we stayed for 5 days, for the last day we just couldn't eat at all. The lighting in the rooms is very poor, it's dark and uncomfortable to stay.

Love Sandra, Domingo and Bob such a nice peole . At breakfast Rosana and the old man who make our eggs breakfast you guy rock!

The night shift are not to friendly

La reserva se hizo para 3 personas, es decir 3 camas, pero la tercer cama (sofa cama) es muy malo, nadie puede dormir comodamente en un colchon que los resortes marcan la espalda. La tercer cama es MUY MALA
