Near Citadel outlet

I asked my room to be cleaned but they did not include the bathroom.

I am frustrated and indignant to those who are irrelevant to my attempts to reaching my invoice of my stay in Hilton Commerce. I don't know where and to whom I should apply to reach to a simple mail of an invoice of my stay. I am facing problems with my company with the lack of explaining how I couldn't receive a simple invoice of stay from Hilton.

Hôtel très confortable. La literie permet de très bien dormir. Et on peut aller à pied à Citadel.

The pool and dining area were very nice.

The rooms did not feel as clean as other Doubletrees I have stayed at. It was almost humid feeling in the room and AC is locked so you can’t turn it down past a certain temperature.

Todo el personal super amable en la recepcion una Srita. Americana que hizo todo lo posible porque le entendiera bien los servicios del hotel ademas de donde podria comer, la habitacion bastante bien por lo que me parece que la relacion calidad precio fue muy buena

Considerando el precio y que esta junto a la plaza citadel no encuentro problemas por lo que sin duda podria buscar alojamiento nuevamente, quiza para algunas personas pueda estar algo lejor del centro, para mi estuvo todo bien.

la ubicacion cerca del citadel el desayuno tipo biffet es fuera de serie. el servicio de restaurante y bar es muy bueno, el personal muy amable y atento.

Lo único es que no hay personas que te ayuden con el equipaje, aunque no afectó ya que puedes tomar los carritos y llevar tus cosas.

Mis quote on website regarding king room with extras. I didn’t get anything extra. Also I called the property twice in the days prior to arriving to ask what the deposit is or incidental charge. Both conversations with the reservation operators at the commerce property they both send no deposit is needed. I arrived there and the girl at front desk asks for $320.00! What? I say I will go deposit some money I’ll be right back and she calls me back and says it’s ok just give us $150.00. So, end of the day is it zero, $150 or $320? So confusing

I’ve stayed at this location before and it’s a good location for what I need. It’s close enough to downtown that it’s super convenient and the staff are all wonderful.

The only thing I didn’t like was that our room was next to the elevator which was really loud. I’m not sure if it’s usually that loud or if the fact that it had to be operated manually this past weekend made it louder than usual. My friend and I didn’t sleep very well unfortunately this time. The other time I’ve been to this location I had no issues.
