Property was good '

The only bad thing was that my room 222 the tv wasn't functioning and wen we called front desk they just said ' sorry you will have to wait until tomorrow at 8am for the person who services the rooms ' he did not even try to help change me for another room or anything ' so basically i paid for a room with a tv that I couldn't use and was forced to go to sleep because there was nothing else to do

No laundry but advertised No phone did not work, call front desk but didn’t fix No thermostat control called maintenance but no repair Everyone one we talked to just passed the buck We booked for one week and are asking for a 2 day credit Have not heard from the management yet Will continue to call

The breakfast was unacceptable. Limited availability. Same items each day. Guess only had one choice of meat, eggs, potatoes, fruit. If the guest wanted anything else like waffles , bacon or pancakes, it was an additional charge.

Location and the tub and toilet drainage was lacking.

Big room, very clean, comfy bed, quiet, friendly staff.

Overall i enjoyed my stay.

I did'nt like the $100.00 hidden fee when i gotten there overall i enjoyed my stay. But wouldn't go back there because its not worth $549.00 for just 2 day stay.

The beds in the room were very comfortable. I also liked that the staff was so friendly and accommodating even after I mentioned several issues with my room. I also liked that even though the hotel wasn't in the greatest looking area, the hotel itself was beautiful.

I had issues my first day: other people's hair in my bathroom and in very noticeable places which makes me think that they didn't clean my room; a few bright red stains on my carpet; issue with my shower/tub's water pressure. As my stay continued, more things popped up and eventually, I regretted how much I paid for the amount of issues I had. The staff offered to move my room but I didn't want to move and the room get worse.

Could not get the staff to respond to requests such as making up the room, fresh towels, shampoo. I would put my request in at 9am come back at 4 and nothing was done. I'd can the front desk and maybe by 9 pm some would be delivered or not delivered at all - extremely disappointing and frustrating .
