The room was spacious and bed comfortable. The complimentary breakfast was very nice.

We got this smell of coconut or something that came in the room. Spray in the room or hall. It was so strong. Did not like that . especially when you have allergies. I dropped my pen and it fell behind the bed. Pulled the bed ahead and the dirt and stuff on the floor behind the head of the bed . The beds need to be pulled out and vacuumed and dusted. It was dirty.

We’ve booked this hotel before. We have also contacted them multiple times about whether dogs were allowed - which I’ve always been told yes for an additional charge. When we arrived I indicated our dog was with us and the staff member behind the desk was extremely rude. We mentioned that we spoke to a girl and she said yes, and his tone was incredibly demeaning “I don’t know who you spoke to but I guess I can’t turn you away now”. It was an unpleasant experience to say the least and we will never be returning.

I was told absolutely no dogs in the hotel and when I get there it was full of dogs... ?? I called before my stay to ask because I have 2 small dogs and the guy say NO DOGS so I had to pay a kennel!!! So frustrating I spent a lot of money and I would’ve loved for my dogs to be able to spent New Years Eve with me at this hotel.. so disappointed:( And during my stay when I went to the reception to ask about it the guy started to laugh and said I don’t know what happened....... 😡
