Café da manhã sensacional, equipe muito prestativa, estacionamento seguro, área de lazer extremamente agradável.
apoio do hotel na praia.... apesar do acesso ser muito facilitado e a faixa de areia da praia é muito curta.

O quarto é bem espaçoso e conta com uma cozinha bem equipada. A ducha do chuveiro é maravilhosa. Os dois prédios tem piscinas boas com vista do mar que garantem bons momentos. O café da manhã é razoavelmente bom.
A cama do nosso quarto tinha um ferro pulando pra fora e quase me machuquei sério. A limpeza do quarto foi oferecida pra gente só as 16h, sendo que deixamos o quarto disponível a manhã toda pra isso e a tarde precisaríamos do quarto.

I loved the place. The location is great. The room is beautiful as well as the view from the room is outstanding. The breakfast was awesome with many options. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

staff spoke NO English. I know I’m in Brazil and I know a little Portuguese but these guys made no effort. also, I had a Brazilian friend visit and the staff attempted to refuse them entry.

Excellent location in front of the beach with beautiful terraces and pools. Rooms (mine without a view) are large but very basic - as if the architect was exhausted after spending his creative energy on the exterior spaces.
I could only turn off the airco (blowing down onto the bed) in the fuse box. Remote control and wall switch didn’t work.

The swimming pool and room space. Also the service at the bar, the bartender was really nice and made some awesome drinks.
Rude attitude from Staff manager and also the fact we had to leave the facility to access the main building (resort): we had to cross roads full of cars - that is not mentioned anywhere in the booking.
We booked thinking we supposed to be on the Resort, but they send us to flat building.

the location is perfect!!!
the AC shuts off the moment you open the door, so we were not able to keep the room cool and Natal is VERY HOT AND HUMID!!! We had 2 rooms and any time we needed to go check with the other party or vice-versa, someone had to stay by the switch to turn the AC on.
