Parking lot needs better lighting. Did not felt like it was a safe area to leave our car.
The room facilities need paint. So as the hallways and common areas.

No da un poco de seguridad para nada. Mi familia se sintió insegura y nos fuimos a otro alojamiento. Pedí mi reembolso y hasta ahora no tengo respuesta

The price is ok considering you are in Miami
They charged me a $100 security deposit, but I did not receive the money back. I called them and they said they had refunded me the day I left the hotel, but after 10 business days I called the credit card company, and no refund was issued. I had to open a dispute with the credit card company to get my money back. I do not recommend this hotel unless you want to wait forever to get your security deposit back.

I reserved for two nights, when I checked in i ws sent to a room that did not have a working ac, and the room card wasn't working, then we were moved to another room, was gross, I went downstairs notified the receptionist I will not be staying two nights just the one night, she said it will not be refundable. I said ok. We ate in the room my 1 yr old was on the bed eating her fries, and i saw something black crawling to her i thought it was an ant, however it was a baby cockroach. that's when i had enough and checked out not even two hours of checking in. I was told my deposit will be refunded back with in 5 to 10 business days and I never received my deposit back yet,. Im highly upset because i didnt even stay a night or two hours in that hotel to not get any of my money back. it was the most disgusting place I ever been. will not recommend to anyone ever

I didn't like anything except for the security/maintenance person he was the only one that tried to help us.
Nothing the location is horrible and don't look good. I did not like the fact that when I got there I had to do a deposit which was ridiculous. Also it was no room remote in my room and my homegirl had to change rooms because her TV did not work.

It was false advertising, the room looks nothing like that picture they have up on the website. The whole hotel smells like marajuana and everything is dirty.
The entire facility smelled like weed, the roomed smelled so bad I had to spray my cologne in the room. The room had no blanket the flush in the bathroom wasn’t working. It looks nothing like the picture they had on the website. Up on request they changed our room cause the first room wouldn’t lock. We didn’t feel safe to leave our belonging behind so we carried back all our belonging back to the car. I would’ve changed the hotel but since it was book through booking, they were unable to refund the money as the reception told me. Please booking.com need to unlist this place from their website if they care about their reputation. And please have a supervisor call me.

nothing at all was not able to get in my room ever time I left carpet in the room was wet due to air conditioning leaking. It smell like white cat or dog had to ask staff for air freshener it was disgusting.
Charge me over $400 to stay in this hotel for three days and it was the worst experience of my life

people outside the front of building smoking everything you can think of. Staff was rude. the room bad 2 towels 1 wash cloth and NO hand towel. bathtub was dirty. the rug needed to be vacuumed and it was dusty.

Front ladies desk aren't so unpolite ,I as waiting almost 2 hours for the the manager come to solver the problem .
He / She didn't show up . I called to my credit card and disputed the transaction charged .

the 1st room I was giving was not clean bed was not made, towels on the bathroom floor the room was 421. Then I told the front desk employee which she had an attitude then she changed the room to 308. That room was bad cause me and my sister found bedbugs in both beds. I left the same day didn’t even stay. Couldn’t get my money back worst experience ever.
